Manage Page 2.0

Search All your documents in real-time, not just the ones loaded on Manage tab

Supports accounts with hundreds of thousands, even millions, of documents.

• Goes live this week for largest accounts

"Husband and Wife" SignaturesMuchly Improved

(Much improved!): Send a document to two or more signers with the same email address (e.g. so-called “husband and wife” or “spousal” signing the same real estate agreement.).

Just repeat email address 2 or more times for 2 or more signatures at same email address

Treats each recipient as a separate signer (sends multiple Please Sign emails for each signer)

No configuration required. Works with all signature types now (Basic, Advanced, Biometric, etc.)Enabled in all accounts and all scenarios (sequential, parallel, Salesforce, API, etc.)

New! Web Identity

Signers can now sign with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft Live and Twitter.

• Makes signing even easier – if you can use Facebook, you can e-sign a contract – will extract your name and details automatically from Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.

• More importantly: Captures Signers’ Web Identity (including photo and link to social graph) as an additional way to verify their identity.

Can be made mandatory for external signers.

Can act as second-factor authentication in many circumstances (as also requires external 3d party password)

• Turned off by default for existing and most Enterprise accounts

• Default for most new accounts; will phase is for existing Pro, Team and certain Enterprise/Global accounts

• Enable today on Account Tab under Signature Preferences – New Section “Web Identity”

Pick template from simple drop-down menu on Send
