2Range of problems

Drastically increase of death rate due to infectious and chronic diseases and

illnesses, danger of pandemic diseases. Diseases and viral infection have mixed nature and atypical syndromes which

require diagnostics with application of complex analytical methods. The financial burden for the medicine require reduction of expenses. Lack of market of diagnostics systems which allow determining the nature of

disease of a particular patient precisely (Point-of-care-testing (POCT)).

Quick and accurate diagnosis can save a life, stop the epidemy, become a navigator in treatment!!!

3Substance of the technology

The designed product is based on the application of a cutting-of-edge technology of the electronic Laboratory-on-Chip (eLOC). With the help of an electronic chip and a measuring device the “antigen-antibody” signal is directly converted into an electric signal without any additional labels. This provides:

multi-functional diagnostics (250 tests) small sample volume (one drop of blood) mobility

The results of the MULTI-analysis made using one drop of blood will be ready in 5-10 minutes!!!!

World market volume by 2015 – 40 billion Euros.

Segments of market: POCТ for immunodiagnostics of viral infections: TB, malaria, viral hepatitis, AIDS, new viral infections (bird flu etc.). Еmergency diagnostics. Physician office labs - diagnostics and screening at the office of a physician, in out-patient clinics, in small clinics. In-home monitoring of treatment effectiveness, for example, of treatment with anticoagulation drugs, anticancer drugs etc. Neonatal screening.
