ECCF’s Charity Golf Classic is an annual event to raise funds for grants given to agencies and organizations that provide services to Elmore County residents. Since 1997, the Foundation has distributed more than $1.1 million in grants and scholarships.

This year’s tournament will be held at a new location, the Emerald Mountain Golf Club (245 Mountain View Drive) in Wetumpka. Prizes will be awarded to the top net and gross scoring teams. Amateurs only!

For sponsorship information, please contact Burton Ward (334) 264-6223.

Last year, ECCF established an annual giving campaign to support the endowments that fund the grants it distributes. Members designate their gifts to the support of grants or scholarships. Gifts become part of a permanent endowment, carefully invested and protected with a spending policy that uses a portion of the fund for grants each year.
