Dear friends, we have to pleasure to invite you to the European cadet circuit tournament in women`s epee “ZRENJANIN OPEN“ (last year we have 112 girls from 12 countries (AUT, BLR, CRO, DEN, GRE, ITA, ROU, RUS, SRB, SVK, TUR, UKR) Date & Venue: 21. September 2013. (Saturday) Sports Hall in Zrenjanin Karadjordjev trg bb, 23000 Zrenjanin, Serbia Schedule of Competition: 08:00 – 08:45 Registration 09:00 Start Competition 18:00 Final (4 Fencers) Notes: The competition is in the official Cadet Circuit Calendar and according to this, the points will be alocated for the official Ranking List. Only Fencers born after 01.01.1997. can join the competition. 1600 NW masks, 800 NW clothes, 800 under wear and FIE homologated blades are obligated. Fencer`s name on the back of the jacket is not required. Entry: Entry fee – 20 EUR Only 20 entries per country can be accepted. For the host nation, 64 entries is allowed.

Sports Hall in Zrenjanin Karadjordjev trg bb, 23000 Zrenjanin, Serbia

Schedule of Competition: 08:00 08:45 Registration 09:00 Start Competition 18:00 Final (4 Fencers)

Notes: The competition is in the official Cadet Circuit Calendar and according to this, the points will be alocated for the official Ranking List. Only Fencers born after 01.01.1997. can join the competition. 1600 NW masks, 800 NW clothes, 800 under wear and FIE homologated blades are obligated. Fencer`s name on the back of the jacket is not required.

Entry: Entry fee 20 EUR Only 20 entries per country can be accepted. For the host nation, 64 entries is allowed.
Registration: According to EFC European Cadet Circuits Rules, inscription of Fencers must be done through EFC website: www.eurofencing.info by National Federation only.

Competition Formula: One (1) round of pools (20-25% of fencers will be eliminated after the pools) followed by direct elimination table with repechage from T-32

Referees Quota: 1-4 Fencers No referees required 5-9 Fencers 1 referee 10-15 Fencers 2 referees 16-20 Fencers 3 referees Non respect of quota will be sanctioned by 500 EUR for every missing referee according to EFC Rules. All referees must be entered the same way as the fencers, through EFC website!
