Dear AIESECer,

It's my great pleasure & honour to thank you for opening & reading

application for Entity Control Board Member of AIESEC India 15|16.

Half year ago, we started to talk more about becoming Customer

Centric organization with high understanding of Customer

Experience Management & implementation of Standards &

Satisfaction within out exchange programs. As being world greatest

youth organization, we promise to our customer that they'll have life

changing experiences during their internship, but what happen if we don't

deliver our promise? What if happen that we break our promise? Do we

really want to demonstrate those kind of behavior?

Working closely with network on education, creating, implementing &

sharing cases & experience of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty &

strong understanding what are our future goals, gave me motivation to

apply for ECB Chair of AIESEC India because I see potential of change,

potential of getting things on the track to become #1 entity in

Standards & Satisfaction implementation.

I know & understand that this can be really tough decision in your AIESEC

path, but strongly believe that this experience of working on new field,

creating something innovative what will change perspective, not just EP's,

MC's or LC's, but the whole AIESEC network, brings me to conclude with

the following message:

What is Entity Control Board (ECB) ?

Entity Control Board (ECB) is last decision making body on national level in regards

to Exchange policies and national standards regulation principles. A division, working

directly with its MC, ICB & FLB to ensure that the best Standards and Customer

Experience is delivered to every customer and stateholder in each entity.

The ECB also maintains reports and conducts audits of LC practises and standards

towards delivering standard experiences. It is the point of contact between the entities

and stakeholder incase of a reported case. Also there responsibility to solve the

case,provide a solution and prepare report of the same. It si responsible to

guide,consult and work with the standards managers of the LCs to follow up with them

to ensure adherence to standards.

OUR PURPOSE: implementation and education, providing support for national team

& local entities in managing standards of exchange programs, fire-fighting, exchange

process evolution, creating national ECB resource hub & working directly with the ICB,

final decision making body, to provide consultancies, education, audit and case

solutions based on XPP and its final interpretations.

organization growth & self-development? (you can add up to maximum of three

experiences)

3.) Outline your 1 most impactful external (outside of AIESEC) experience so far & how

it affect you organization growth & self-development? (you can add up to maximum of

three experiences)

4.) Make personal SWOT analysis and explain first argument in each section.

5.) Make PESTLE analysis of AIESEC India and explain first argument in each section.

6.) If you can be one famous person, which it will be, why & how you can identify your

personality with his/her character?

7.) If you can choose one person from your life, which it will be, why & how you can

identify your personality with his/her character?

8.) Which is your life goal, why & tell us three action step with description towards

achieving it?

9.) Why do you think on the following sentence: „Each young person needs AIESEC

10.) Provide us your vision of closing message from Chair message with one example

from your local or national reality with action steps who you can improve it within Entity

Control Board?

(answer on question for preferred position(s); you can apply for maximum two

positions)

1.) Produce .doc version of Audit Report which you will make for some exchange

program (feel free to choose one) & include actions steps which need to be done before

you will have data to make it?

2.) You receive ticket where you need to provide support for XPP (Exchange Program

Policies) regarding new customer flow. Please provide to us how you will deal with

situation, where you will find necessary information and flow of delivery of

support/information to person from which you receive support request.

1.) Analyse current state of product delivery towards stakeholders (suggested to use

SWOT analysis & focus on one program). Which are top three bottlenecks & how do

you see improvement (provide three key action steps towards achieving it)?

2.) Which process from current workfield you would like to improve, why, provide us

action steps with description & which is goal of those changes.

1.) As Chair likes creative & simple ideas, please make one picture (you can take selfie

or some other interesting picture) or draw it on peace of the paper where you will show

importance of raising awareness of Standards & Satisfaction for our EPs.

2.) Make webinar outline (one A4 page) for topic: „Current Standards & Satisfaction for

my LC (type here name of your Local Committee)“
