LEGACY PUBLIC SCHOOL’S FUN FAIR & BBQ – THURSDAY, JUNE 6TH @ 4:30 pm TO 7:30 pm
BBQ AND EVENT TICKETS BBQ Tickets are ONLY available by purchasing in advance. They must be pre-ordered and paid via School Cash Online. BBQ Food Tickets will not be available on the day of the Fun Fair. BBQ meals include your choice of protein (hamburger, chicken burger, veggie burger, ¼ lb all beef frankfurter), a bag of chips and a bottle of water. (All BBQ items are Halal.) The cost of the BBQ meal is $6.00. Please bring your own blankets and chairs to enjoy your food picnic-style. NOTE: If you do not order your BBQ food items through School Cash Online by May 31st, you will not be able to purchase BBQ food items. A variety of snacks as well as pizza, will be available at the Fair using event tickets on a first come, first serve basis.
*BBQ Food tickets WILL NOT be available for sale on the day of the Fun Fair.*
Event Tickets will be presold on School Cash Online and also available on the day of the Fun Fair. Individual tickets cost $1 each. If purchased in advance via School Cash Online there is a special pre-event price of 12 tickets for $10 – you can order as many sets of 12 as you would like! Events, such as pizza and snacks will range from 1-2 tickets.
VOLUNTEERS We need your help! Our small committee of Legacy parents needs the help of other Legacy parents, guardians, grandparents and high school students to make this year’s Fun Fair a success. If you are available to work a shift or two at the Fun Fair on Thursday, June 6th, please email: [email protected] or leave a note at the office with your contact information.

ACTIVITY SHIFT: 4:30pm – 6:00 pm - Helping out with games, activities, booths

CLEAN-UP: 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
SPONSORS AND VENDORS The Sponsorship & Vendor Form was sent home last week. We are looking for individuals or businesses who would like to sponsor our Fair either with a monetary donation or a donation to our Silent Auction. We will also have a Vendor section at the fair so if you have a home-based business or know of a corporate business that may be interested in participating please have the form filled out and sent back to the office.
