Win-Square Systems (India) LLP a newly established company is promoted by Rajesh Jain and

Kishore Jain with an aim to diversify from their current trading activities related to the Interior, Building

and Construction industry to, manufacturing advanced Green Building products.

With the growing demand for green building products, and in search of an alternative to replace

conventional steel, aluminium and wooden windows and doors, we at Win-Square have joined hands

with the pioneers of the fenestration industry Koemmerling, Germany a Profine group company to

supply quality unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (uPVC) profiles to manufacture uPVC windows and

doors.

uPVC windows and doors has made such an impact in the industry, that it has cornered the high end

residential market, taking up a major share of the once used to be aluminium dominated market. Win-

Square, is all set to raise t he bar and set the standard in quality windows and doors.

Koemmerling having their headquarters based in Pirmasens, Germany controls over 23% of the

market share of uPVC profile extrusions in the world, and operates six production sites in France, Italy,

Spain, USA, China and Brazil.

With the state of the art manufacturing facilities along with European machines and skilled manpower,

KOMALIT Z, a patented compound is aU-PVC blend of the highest

climatic conditions and stand true to German Standard DIN 748-U-PVCEDPL, 080-35-28.

The window profiles made of KOMALIT Z do not rot, corrode or brittle

even under extreme conditions. The profile requires minimalmaintenance to keep the frames in top condition.

KMMERLING has been making technical advances with it's system since 1967. the award of several assurance certificates has helped to bring

international success. Tests are carried out at all stages - from the raw materials to the extrusion and profiles, and installed windows. Of all thecomponents of a building, windows are subjected to some of t he severest wear and stress: heat and cold, UV radiations and pollutants, hurricane force

gusts and cloudbursts, along with extremes of temperature.

At KMMERLING the manufacturing process are outnumbered by the tests conducted in it's own fully certified laboratory , underlining the high standard

of in-house research. Internationally recognized institute confirm the outstanding performance of KMMERLING window profiles and systems and of the

entire building elements. Long term tests on windows that have been dismantled, as shown here prove t hat they still functions correctly and retain theirappearance, and that the long term durability of the materials is achieved with t he minimum of maintenance.

Raw Materials

The initial raw materials test is intended to

demonstrate that prescribed chemical and

physical properties are maintained. this isprecondition for the required performance.

Chemical Compound

The U-PVC matrix is monitored visually,

chemically and physically in accordance with

specifications, to attain the highest quality inmanufacture, processing and use.

Process Control

The computerized mixing unit uses precision

dosing scales to ensure that the company's

own compounds are adhered to when mixingthe compound.

Precision

The extrusion dies are manufactured in-house

to guarantee the necessary degree of

precision. The accurate maintenance of thegeometry of each profile depends on them.

Monitoring

During extrusion the cross -profiles areconstantly monitored by means of measuring

projectors to ensure the specified adherenceto the precise detailed measurements.

Durability

Pressure testing is used to demonstrateoutstanding angular strength. The profile are

welded on to themselves and display the sort ofvalues that would be obtained if they were

made "of one piece".

Joint Seals

Large scale test stands are used to test the joint

seals of window, their stability in high riseconditions, and their resistance to driving rain.

The System has quite high strength frame profile, reinforcement,

welded frame corner and a strong and durable sliding track.

It can be applied with single and insulating double glass in

different thicknesses.

Separate drainage chamber and slope rebate of frame assists in

draining out water more quickly.

Glass range 5mm to 22 mm.

Mainly are used for big size partition door solution or big windows

in rigorous surroundings with high wind speeds.

Fold&Slide doors give you generous and where needed

Besides hotels and catering establishments, Fold & Slidesystems are also being increasingly used in private home

building.

Besides helping to prevent break-ins, the concealed screw fixing

Energy Saving

Window design begins right from its orientation in a building or structure

to ensure low/high solar heat gain depending upon specific climate of a

place, day lighting to conserve artificial lighting, noise attenuation, lowdust ingress, air/water tightness, aesthetics, low maintenance

requirements, securit y, and the like.

The energy efficiency of a window is expressed by its U Value (W/m2K).Lower the U-Value, better is t he insulation properties.

With a lower U-Value, Win-Square uPVC windows do not

let outside heat in or inside heat

out in cold climate therebyproviding inhabitant comfort &

saving heating/cooling energyto the extent of 30% due to

insulating multi-chambered

profile, optimum glazing andair-tight sealing design. These

are also comfortable to touch inhot as well as cold climate and

are condensation free. Conventional windows, which are not air-tight,end up cooling air outside the room leading to higher power bills when

air infiltrates through cracks in a window.

GREENLINE, a registered KMMERLING trademark, is the name given

to U-PVC window profiles made using the latest stabilizers. Underlyingthis convention is a contract stipulating the conditions that must be met

by the undersigned window manufacturer in order to be entitled to usethe greenline trademark.

The purpose of this agreement regulating the use of the trademark is to

contractually specify the particular environmental responsibility of theundersigned window manufacturer and of profine, and to express this in

a credible and easily recognisable form for the benefit of builders andarchitects.

The greenline Convention provides builders with written confirmation

that, with their outstanding combination of materials, thesestate-of-the-art windows cause the minimum environmental impact.

Under the terms of this agreement, the window manufacturers andprofine undertake to abide by the seven stipulations listed on the right.

Use of the greenline mark is only permitted when all the conditions

mentioned here have been met, and in addition, when this trademarkcontract has been signed by both partners, the window manufacturer

and profine, and has become legally effective.

This agreement is available for inspection at any time by any interested

persons. Windows bearing the greenline mark must be made with

profine profiles, and proof must be provided. This proof takes the form ofthe greenline Declaration on the order confirmation or the invoice.

profine gives its contractual partners a guarantee that the fresh U-PVCused to make its window profiles contains the latest calcium/zinc

stabilizers in place of lead and/ or are made from recycled PVC-U.

Due to their ability to conserve energy throughout their life-time - from

raw material stage to in-use stage, Win-Square uPVC Windows are

recognized as Green Windows.

The KMMERLING profiles have advanced thermal insulation. K-Value

of profile is lower than 2.0 which is the best choice of energy saving

window product.

Win-Square uPVC windows are best fit for all weather conditions - from

salty humid corrosive air of coastal areas, to sub-zero temperatures, toheavy rains, to the hot dust storms, to t he cyclonic gale winds.

The window manufacturer gives an undertaking to abide by the relevant

quality directives in all respects, from the correct manufacture of the

structural elements to the installation by experts, and to supply a qualityproduct that conforms to the latest technical standards.

The window manufacturer declares that no environmentally harmful

materials have been used in the installation and sealing of the structuralelements. The structural elements, which are manufactured in

accordance with the greenline Convention, may be marked with a label

attached to the prof i le bear ing the greenline symbol.Partners in the greenline scheme, and profine, will support joint

marketing measures by the contractual partners to publicize greenline.

Adherence to the terms of this contract is the responsibility of the

respective contractual party, with its own services. profine does not

assume overall responsibility. Through the use of the greenline symbolthe window manufacturer does not acquire any rights to this trademark.

Lift and Slide Door

The stand-out convenience feature of our Patio Life "Lift&Slide"

hardware is the extremely simple movement of large and heavy

doors.

The space-saving opening of balcony doors with Lift&Slide

sashes permits optimum use of space, as no sashes project into

the room.

Thanks to the generous window dimensions, plenty of light can

enter the room which, together with the refined design, gives

discerning customers a feeling of well-being.

Lift& Slide doors allow barrier-free access to terraces or

balconies, and can also be used just as well as room dividers.

Besides being used in hotels and catering establishments, our

Lift&Slide systems are also very popular in private home

construction.

Concealed night ventilation: Rotating the door handle upwards

opens only the upper seal, allowing simple yet efficient ventilation

that's not visible from outside the sliding doors remain fully

locked and neither rain nor dirt nor insects can enter.

MAXIMUM WIND RESISTANCE

performance. Win-Square U-PVC windows and doors with

KMMERLING U-PVC profiles fulfill the demands of DIN 18055(resistance to driving rain). All window types are designed to be water

tight when tested up to 300 PA limit specified in BS 6375.Performance of Windows Part 1, 1989. Classification for weather

tightness. Some types achieve a 600 PA Rating.

DESIGNED FOR TROPICAL CLIMATE

The highly developed KMMERLING material compound Komalit-z isconsidered to be a very high impact resistance material specially

made for tropical climate. It is also known to perform the worldwide

standards for strength, durability, heat stability, color retention andtermite resistance.

FIRE RETARDANT

Win-Square U-PVC windows and doors with KMMERLING profilesystems offer considerable fire protection. It does not supportcombustion and are in fact self-extinguishing. The special profile

compound possesses a fire retardant rating according to DIN 4102. Italso fulfills Class 1 fire resistance as defined in BS (British Standards)

476: Part 7.

on thermal insulation.HIGH ACOUSTIC INSULATION

Sound insulation in the KMMERLING design profile is inherently

good. It is further enhanced by fitting steel reinforcement and bychoosing the appropriate glass. Win-Square windows and doors
