Transcript of eBook Myths vs Facts
You have to download an eBook to be able to read it.
You can read eBooks online with minimal hassle, after logging in as a CapU student.
CapU Library has more print books than eBooks.
Our eBook collection is over 160,000 titles. We have about 120,000 print books.
I need to come to the Library to find books.
Our 160,000 eBooks are available 24/7 – without leaving your home!
eBooks can only be read online.
Most eBooks allow a specified number of pages to be printed – usually from 10-100% of the book!
eBooks are not as academic as print books.
There is no difference in the credibility of eBooks vs print books, just in format.
Citing eBooks is difficult.
Our eBook platforms have citation tools built right in.

You can make notes, highlight and bookmark eBooks – you just need to create an account within the platform.
