Genghis Grill-The Mongolian StirFry, is a build your own bowl, fast casual, Asian stir-fry concept. An INTERACTIVE style of exhibitioncooking modeled after a centuries-old legend. According to this legend,12th century Mongol warriors, ledby the mighty warrior GENGHISKHAN, heated their shields overopen fires to grill food in the fieldsof battle!
Guests at Genghis Grill build theirown bowls by choosing their own meats, spices, vegetables and saucesfrom Khan's Kitchen (a food bar featuring an array of ingredients),and then march over to a massive hot circular grill- Genghis Grill! There, the GRILL MASTERS (cooks) stir up the food with long wooden sticks, churning and turning the ingredients until they're cooked to perfection.Guests enjoy the scene as their food is being prepared and if they arelucky, the grill masters will perform nifty tricks to entertain the guests.
