EastNets SafeWatch Training Program A Breakthrough in the EastNets approach to comprehensive compliance

In today’s ever evolving regulatory landscape, financial

institutions must focus scarce resources on the strategies

most likely to accomplish regulatory and internal compliancy.

EastNets produced an entirely new version of all modules of

the en.SafeWatch compliance suite. This suite once installed,

parameterized and used in an optimal fashion will enable your

organization to meet the challenges of regulatory compliancy

and enhance your knowledge of operational risk.

Key to this comprehensive approach is a team of qualified and

certified training consultants providing a wide range of courses

addressing how to best use the products, how to fine tune them

and how to derive most benefits from the new state-of-the-art

compliance platform.

The EastNets Academy Training Program uses a fully blended

method. This blended method includes several angles to reach

the objectives set out above. Multiple vehicles are used to

disseminate the training and knowledge in a step-by-step and

on-going basis. This constitutes a sizeable evolution over one-

shot training since it integrates distance learning, e-learning,

face-to- face training meetings, user seminars, workshops and

an entire evaluation process.

Compliance officers, more and more, need the flexibility to

choose what exactly it is they need to learn, when can they

attend the training and do they want to attend the training at

a distance with their colleagues, or meet other users of the

EastNets compliance suite. These requirements and ever

increasing demands for better knowledge on behalf of the

en.SafeWatch user community were the main drivers behind the

multi-faceted approach described above.

This modular approach recognizes that one size does not fit

all and different components or modules can be “blended”

together to create a personalized educational package for

you and your organization. Not only can the program be “a

la carte” in terms of content but it can be delivered through

multiple channels as well as be organized over time in a step

by step, progressive, piece meal approach. Flexibility is key

in the delivery of the courses. Modularity is essential for the

assimilation of the knowledge. Content is vital in enabling your

organization to reach new levels of competency.

Many factors can influence the needs of your financial institution

including new compliance officers, new regulations, fine tuning

of current tools, new business processes, implementation of

new sites, of a new version, and additional reporting constraints.

All courses are delivered by EastNets accredited consultants,

who have excellent knowledge of both the solutions and the

industry. Their experience will enable them to offer practical

advice and guidance as well as facilitate valuable discussion and

answer your questions.
