Rule 410.8 - Aerospace Assembly and Coatings Operations Reduce VOC emissions from aerospace coatings and adhesives, as well as from cleaning, storage and

disposal of organic solvents Similar applicability to the Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) standard for Aerospace

Manufacturing and Rework Facilities Materials regulated: primers, coatings, adhesives, sealants, maskants, lubricants and others

Rule 410.9 - Wood Products Surface Coatings Operation Limit VOC emissions from wood product surface coatings including storage, cleanup and disposal of

organic solvents and waste solvent materials Outlines labeling requirements and record keeping requirements

Rule 432 - Polyester Resin Operations Reduce VOC emission from polyester resin used in the manufacturing of fiberglass composite products,

which include aerospace manufacturing, storage tank insulation and electrical vault manufacturing Frequently used materials currently being used in the District are in compliance with VOC limits of

MCAQMD, SCAQMD and SJVAPCD
