5. What verse is quoted at the end of the movie?
Easter Scavenger Hunt: On page two of this document you will find an scavenger hunt to help you recall the
Easter story. Spend time searching around your yard and your house for things that remind us of the Easter
story. Be sure to look up all of the verses that are provided so that your kids can connect this holiday with
God and the Bible. This scavenger hunt was created by our 3s Teacher Val Johnson and her daughters. Be sure
to send her a thank you when you get a chance!
Pray: Prayer time with your kids is an important part of their spiritual growth. It is helpful for them to hear
you pray and learn how to pray on their own. Pray as a family thanking God for his death for us on the cross.
Have the kids recall the video and remember what Jesus did for us. Point out the things on the scavenger
hunt and have them thank Jesus specifically for how He saved us from our sins.
Color and Crossword: on pages three and four of this document are a crossword puzzle and coloring page for
your kids to enjoy completing. Ask the kids questions about what they are coloring or what each of the words
mean as they work on it.
Check off the box when you have found the item:
