Terms and Conditions
Bookings
The cut off date for bookings is the 7th of December.
Accounts are required to be paid up-to-date prior to securing
bookings for vacation care.
A $15.00 deposit is required for each day of care booked when
submitting the booking form.
*Families from external schools are required to pay fees in full prior to attending care.
East Marden families receive priority for vacancies.
Cancellations
Cancellations for bookings can be made with 24 hours notice
Excursion days may incur a full fee charge if position can not be
filled by children on the waiting list; Absences without notifying the
service will also incur a full fee.

$50 full fee for each day of care ( incursions & excursions )

PARENT INFORMATION
Clothing
Children must wear sun smart clothing when in attendance.
Closed toe shoes must be worn at all times during care.
Behaviour Management
Children who persistently engage in uncooperative behaviour and/
or puts other children ’ s safety and well-being at risk may be
suspended from care.
Food
Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is provided everyday
All foods served are nut free and vegetarian, supporting the
Australian Dietary Guidelines.
Medication
A medication authority document is required from a doctor in order
for OSHC staff to administer medication.
All medication must be clearly labelled with the child ’ s name.

new exciting program
launched by UNISA which
include archery, bubble

and mini soccer.

Walkerville YMCA for some
high energy gymnastics fun!
Facilities include a range of
trampolines, climbing walls,
balance beams and foam pits

Magic and balloons are
coming to East Marden

After the magic show,
children will learn to bend,
twist and shape their
favourite balloon designs to

coordination as they glide

The children will be visiting
the theme park where they
will be able to ride the water
