Item 1. To consider: Parish Action Table and accompanying facility layout plan

The remainder of this paper contains the action plan and facility layout in detail, with

• a costed example play area as appendix 1 (images given at page5).

• a costed example MUGA as appendix 2.

Note: The Council’s Financial Regulations, adopted in 2020 include the requirement to use the public contract tendering process at section 11.

Recommendation

The Clerk recommends that with due discussion, resolutions are made at the meeting for the following:

a) To approve a facility layout, enabling the installation of the recreation, environment and leisure facilities to be pursued.

b) To establish a subcommittee to progress the pavilion and hub projects and investigate the pop-up café concept.

EAST HANNEY PARISH COUNCIL ACTION PLAN 2020-21

INTRODUCTION

In order to help the parish council plan for the year ahead, it has put together an Action Plan which details the key objectives and actions that it hopes to achieve during 2020-21 in addition to its statutory duties,

responsibilities and day to day management of services.

This action plan will enable parishioners to be kept fully informed of what is being planned and what has been achieved in the parish. Where there is a specific budget allocated, this is indicated. The action plan

will be reviewed at each Full Council meeting and updated annually.

Extension to Hall car park. HWMH have received quotes of approx. £45k. No funding has been identified by them.
