Construction time guaranteeFor many clients the construction time when rent is still being paid for an apartment and credit instalments are already due is an additional fi nancial burden when building their house. We guarantee you a contractually agreed short construction time to keep this phase as short as possible for you.

2. Fixed price guaranteeYour price is your price. You receive a tailor-made offer from us and we guarantee you that the price quoted for the service being offered is certain.

3.Quality guaranteeDEKRA experts conduct several building site visits, so-called quality audits, together with site management and clients on site with every one of our building projects. In doing so, DEKRA experts carry out extensive spot checks and visual inspections of the important components at the time of the inspection and an objective assessment of the construction and building tech-nology condition based on a fi xed schedule. The DEKRA experts produce a written protocol with construction status report and photographic documentation for every inspection. Once the construction project is completed you receive the DEKRA “Construction quality” certifi cate. The certifi cate is only issued if the construction project meets all the quality standards.

4. Completion guaranteeInstalments are paid based on a contractually agreed payment plan and always only once the service has been provided with a relaxed payment deadline of 18 days. In addition, we give our clients security in the form of an enforceable, irrevocable contract performance guarantee to the amount of 5% of the construction costs over the period of the whole construction phase. As a result you can be certain that your house can defi nitely be completed. This is an integral component of our house building contracts.

5. Guaranteed supportWe also support you once the construction time is over. In addition to the 5-year warranty, our specialists conduct a free building check on your house for you 12 months after handover. The check to see if everything is exactly as it should be is based on defi ned criteria.
