Get under a table or deskHold on to one of the legs

Sit against a wall away from windows or things that might fall

Wait in your safety spot until the shaking stops

Check if you are hurtCheck if others are hurtMove carefully and check for fallen

things

There may be smaller earthquakes so be ready to go back to your safety spot or find another spot
