Pure Copper Earth Rod

Pure Copper Earth Rods are made of pure (100%) electrolytic copper. The Earth Rods are hard drawn from extruded

copper bars. Pure copper earth rods are preferred where soil conditions are very aggressive & corrosive. The rods are

threaded internally to make it extensible for deep driving with the help of couplers.

Coupling Dowel

Coupling dowel made of brass, stainless steel or gunmetal is a threaded joining devise which joins two earth rods together

Driving Head

Driving heads are made of toughened steel and used while hammering an earth rod into ground. Driving head protects the

relatively soft earth rod from damage while hammering. Driving heads have no further function in earthing & lightning

protection.

Driving Spike

Driving spikes are made of toughened steel and used as a pointed guide while hammering an earth rod into ground. The

pointed tip of driving spike pierces the soil so that earth rods are smoothly driven down the ground. Driving spikes have

Copper Bonded Earth Rod

Copper bonded steel earth rods are the most commonly used earth electrode. They are suitable for most application,

compatible for deep driving & are economical. Copper bonded steel earth rods are made by molecularly bonding 99.9%

pure copper onto high carbon, low tensile steel rods.

Earth Rod Coupler

Earth Rod couplers are used for extending the length of copper bonded earth rods in an earthing and lightning protection

system. These are made of brass or gunmetal and has internal threading for holding the earth rods together.

Driving Head

Driving heads are made of toughened steel and they are used to protect the soft earth rods during hammering. Driving

heads are fixed on the top end of the earth rod, where the rod is hammered and they have no further function.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION ACCESSORIES

Air Termination Rod

Taper pointed air termination rod is a part of air termination network of a lightning protection system. Air rods are

supplied with nuts enabling the rod to be locked tight against the conductor. These taper pointed air rods are made of pure

copper.

Multipoint

Multiple point is fixed on the air terminal rod on a lightning protection system. Multiple point with spikes capture the

lightning and provides safety for the building. This is made of copper. Multipoint is used in conjunction with the taper

pointed air rods.

Air Rod Ridge Saddle

Ridge Saddle is used to hold or fix the air terminal rod onto the top of the building. This is used where the fixing surface is

Air Rod Brackets

Air rod brackets are used in conjunction with the rod to tape coupling used to secure the flat tape to air rod. These air rod

Square Tape Clamps

Square tape clamps are suitable for making cross, straight through and Tee joints in flat tape. The base has a countersunk

hole in the middle for securing the clamp to the building surface and the lid is fixed by means of four screws. Square tape

clamps are made from copper alloy.

Oblong Test Clamp

Oblong test clamp is used to join a range of tape sizes in straight through position. These clamps are also used to allow the

conductor to be overlapped by two set screws. These clamps are made from copper alloy.

Heavy Duty Cable Saddle

Cable saddles are used to hold the copper circular down conductor and earth conductor onto the wall structure of the

building. The saddle is fitted onto the wall while the copper circular conductor passes through the clip. The screws of the

clip are tightened to hold the conductor securely. It is made of gunmetal or brass.

Earthing clamps are used to connect earth electrode (earth rods) with conductors or tapes. The clamps are made of

gunmetal.

Rod to Tape Clamp-Type A is used to connect earth electrode (earth rods) with tapes. The earth rod and tape passes

through the clamp body and is fastened together using a screw fastener. Type A clamps are made of brass or gunmetal.

U Bolt Rod Clamp-Type E

U bolt rod clamp-Type E is used to connect earth electrode (earth rods) with conductors or tapes. E Type Clamps are

earthing clamps used to join earth rods and copper tapes. The earth rod passes through the U Bolt while the copper tape is

fitted through the clamp plates. These are made of brass or gunmetal. These come as double plate and single plate design,

without the bottom plate.
