Analysis method ! : If the distribution line is grounded by lightning or trees, the high voltage is grounded from the lightning arrester to ground to prevent surge voltage from reaching the customer directly. On the other hand, the surge protector is attached to the front of the earth leakage breaker for the purpose of preventing the internal surge and induction light from the customer side. However, in order to prevent tripping of the earth leakage breaker, it is necessary to install a surge protection device of 12kV or more inside the earth leakage breaker none. This is because the earth leakage breaker is not tripped by the surge but tripped due to the instantaneous capacitive leakage current rise between the ground, which causes tripping of most earth leakage breaker installed in the wireless mobile communication repeater and internet communication equipment .
