Ergebnisse der vorgenommenen Änderung

1. Einerseits werden durch die konische Form des Schaftes bedingt, Scherkräfte in die spongiöse Struktur des Knochens eingeleitet und andererseits durch die Riffelungen bedingt die Anlageflächen zum Knochen vergrößert und so ein besseres Einwachsen in die Sponiosa erreicht. Konische Form und Riffelungen erhöhen die Primärstabilität und verhindern das Einsintern des Implantates in den Knochen.

2. Die 12° Vorneigung des Kopfes und der nach dorsal versetzte Schaft der Pfanne verlagert den Drehpunkt des Gelenkes nach dorsal und erlaubt so eine bessere Dorsalflexion und verringert gleichzeitig die eingeleiteten Scherkräfte in den Knochen.

3. Unter Punkten 1 und 2 aufgeführte Änderungen senken erheblich die Lockerungsgefahr des Implantates.

4 Der plantare Anschliff sichert eine ungestörte Funktion der Sesambeine.5 Reines Zirkonium kann bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung in monoklines Gefüge

umgewandelt werden. Das kann zu Brüchen führen. Eine standardisierte 0,5% AL2O3–Beimischung zur Zirkonkeramik verhindert diese Umwandlung in monoklines Gefüge unter Dampfsterilisation und schließt so eine Bruchgefahr aus.
