This application is divided into three sections Section 1 allows you to provide an overview of your employment and education background. Section 2 provides a list of all courses in the ECE Diploma and Certificate. Please identify which courses that you are seeking credit through the PLAR process.

o Please Note: The maximum number of credits that may be obtained through prior

learning assessment is 75% of the number required to complete the program. For the ECE program, the maximum number of credits that can be awarded through PLAR is 70 for the diploma, 38 for the certificate.

Section 3 allows you to provide additional information for specific work activities, previous courses, and experiences related to each of the courses you are applying to PLAR. Applicants should read Comprehensive PLAR polices prior to completing and submitting this application form. Once completed, the application and accompanying documentation can be submitted in any of the following ways:
