Sourced from mostly small farms in Southern India where coffee is shade grown with other crops, encouraging biodiversity.Monsooned Malabar beans are exposed to rain-drenched winds, causing the beans to take on a unique flavour with low acidity.

Sourced from a cooperative of small holders across diverse communities in the Gayo Highlands. Many farms are situated near the Gunung National Park, an environmentally important area that provides sanctuary to endangered species. Coffee production supports community development and conservation practices.

Sourced from an association of small coffee growers in the famous Huila region of Western Colombia. Most of their beans are grown in the shade at high altitude. Their vision is “to produce the cleanest, and most rich in flavour coffee that mankind ever tasted”.

Sourced from the birthplace of Arabica coffee, Ethiopia. The southern region of Yirgacheffe is considered to produce among the world’s very top premium gourmet coffees. The cooperative union is dedicated to promoting environmental stewardship and social justice in their communities.
