You will reach the Medallion Club e-Ticketing homepage. Here you canlogin using your member number or emailaddress, and password.

Visit https://etihadstadium.com.au/members/medallion-club, and select ‘E-ticketing’.

When logged in, your e-Ticketing homepage will display your upcoming events and tickets.

Click on Manage my tickets or Manage this event to proceed to the ‘Manage My Tickets’ screen.

Click on an event to display the option to either print or transfer your tickets.

On the Manage My Tickets screen you will see all upcoming events for each month of the year, sorted by date. Change month by clicking on the links at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down on the right to see all events in the month.

Click on Print-at-Home and use the check boxes to select the tickets you wish to print.

Click Print to continue. Click Manage More Tickets to return to the Manage My Tickets screen and add your car park ticket (if applicable).

From the Manage My Tickets screen, select your car park ticket via the same method as above, and click Print to continue.

PRINTING TICKETSTo begin, select the match you wish to print, e.g. Carlton vs Brisbane Lions.

Click the check box to agree to the terms of use and click Submit.

Your tickets will load on your screen as a PDF file, or a pop-up will open prompting you to open or save your PDF file, depending on your internet settings.

You can print this PDF file immediately or save it to print later.

A pop-up box will appear displaying a summary of the tickets you have selected.

Confirm that the seats chosen are correct by clicking Continue to Print.

FORWARD TICKETSTo begin, select the match you wish to forward, e.g. Carlton vs Brisbane Lions.

Click on Transfer Tickets and use the check boxes to select the tickets you wish to allocate.

Click Transfer to continue. Click Manage More Tickets to return to the Manage My Tickets screen and add your car park ticket (if applicable).

From the Manage My Tickets screen, select your car park ticket via the same method as above, and click transfer to continue.

A pop-up box will appear displaying a summary of the tickets you have selected.

Confirm that the seats chosen are correct by clicking Continue to Transfer.

Select a transfer recipient from your contact list or enter a new contact.

Your address book will store details of previous recipients, which you can edit or delete.

If entering a new recipient, enter their details and click Add, then select them from the transfer recipient list to complete the transfer.

You can enter a message to accompany the ticket offer and/or send the recipient a reminder email.

This will allow you to re-allocate the tickets should your guest not accept the tickets by a set time.

Click Next Step to finalise the ticket transfer.

Check the details of the tickets and your chosen recipient are correct.

Click the check box to agree to the terms of use and click Complete Transfer.

Your guest will now receive an email inviting them to the game. Once they accept, they can follow the links to download the tickets.

Select the match for which you wish to cancel a ticket. Select the Transfer tab on the far right side of screen. The screen will now show the pending transfer.

Click Cancel Offer.

You will now finalise the cancellation.

Check you have selected the correct game and tickets, agree to the cancellation terms and click Cancel Offer.

The original recipient will receive an email informing them that the ticket offer they received has been cancelled. They will be unable to collect the tickets.

CANCEL A TICKET OFFERThe e-Ticketing system allows you to cancel an offer if your guest has not accepted the tickets, or if you have entered the wrong details or email address.
