BARBARA FORD PRESIDENT

Barbara brings both lending and vendor management experience, and has been in the

business for over 37 years. She speaks frequently at industry conferences and is

considered an expert in compliance and establishing industry standards and integrity.

DAVID GOODNIGHT VP OF OPERATIONS

David brings 20 years of experience to eStreet. He has a passion for creating

operational systems that put people first, and has created a team that shares this

passion.

GLORIA TRUEMPER CHIEF APPRAISER

Gloria has a wide range of experience, and brings a strong commitment to quality and

compliance. During her 38-year career as an appraiser, she has worked with a Fortune

100 lender, and has also done forensic appraisal work, allowing her to create a

best-in-class operation for eStreet AMC.

SCOTT WARNER APPRAISER

Scott has been an appraiser for 22 years and is an 18 year appraisal management

professional. He is a subject matter expert on forensic appraisal review, loan repurchase

analysis and mortgage insurance rescission. His professional strengths include

problem solving, client retention and relationship building.
