We know little girls love their dolls and boys just want to kick
that ball.
This doesn’t mean men can’t take care of babies or women
can’t play sports.

MEN vs WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS

 Male-led organizations resembled a
hierarchy or pyramid, in other words
"command and control.“
Men tended to use more of the left brain
by applying more logic and analysis.
Women-led organizations tended to use a
lot of nurturing or "motherhood" skills and leaders
preferred to be at the center instead of
alone at the top.
Women tended to be more right- brained,
applying more intuition, and empathy.

The Importance of Being Competent
S1_Entrepreneurship

products to the world. Throughout its
history - from small biscuit
manufacturer to one of international
repute - the business philosophy of
Khong Guan remains as it was: to
provide quality products at a
reasonable price.
