We know little girls love their dolls and boys just want to kick

that ball.

This doesn’t mean men can’t take care of babies or women

can’t play sports.

Different management styles driving the new venture (?)

MEN vs WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS

RLN_Telkom University_FEB_S1_MBTI International_E-ship 16

 Male-led organizations resembled a

hierarchy or pyramid, in other words

"command and control.“

Men tended to use more of the left brain

by applying more logic and analysis.

Women-led organizations tended to use a

lot of nurturing or "motherhood" skills and leaders

preferred to be at the center instead of

alone at the top.

Women tended to be more right- brained,

applying more intuition, and empathy.

Men and women are equal, but different.

They’ve each been blessed with amazing and unique

qualities that they bring to the table.

Some forty years ago, two

enterprising brothers saw a bright

future for the future of Singapore and

its industries. This foresight led them,

products to the world. Throughout its

history - from small biscuit

manufacturer to one of international

repute - the business philosophy of

Khong Guan remains as it was: to

provide quality products at a

reasonable price.
