Terms and Conditions
1. Enagic Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline any application without giving any reason therefore. In the case the application is declined, the Credit/Debit Card or bank account will not be charged.
2. The administration fee is to be determined by Enagic Australia Pty Ltd and can be changed should new arrangements be made between Enagic Australia Pty Ltd and the distributor without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing.
3. Upon approval of the application for the Repayment Plan, Enagic Australia Pty Ltd will debit the
installment amount from your Credit/Debit Card or Bank account (direct debit) for 3, 6, 10, 16 or 20 consecutive months, commencing on such date which Enagic Australia Pty Ltd may prescribe at its discretion. The first installment amount will be debited from your Credit/Debit Card or Bank account (direct debit) on the 20th at 3:00AM of the following month or on a date that Enagic Australia Pty Ltd may prescribe at its discretion. Enagic Australia Pty Ltd only accepts Visa and MasterCard.
4. Installment payments are charged by the bank at 3AM on the 20th of each month. We are not able to waive any late fees. Please note: For any declined (for any reason) payments on the due date, a $25 late fee will be charged to your Credit/Debit Card or Bank account (direct debit) the following Business day.
5. If the applicant defaults in any payment on the due date, Enagic Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate further commission payment, and we reserve the right to an explanation of the circumstances.
6. If the repayment date exceeds one month after the due date (20th), Enagic Australia Pty Ltd will
contact the sponsor regarding the default payment.
7. Any fees incurred in the collection of this account including third party charges will be payable by the purchaser where necessary.
