Memo to: Delegates and Alternate Delegates Subject: Election of the ADA Seventh District Trustee at the ODA House of Delegates Meeting The ODA House of Delegates will elect the Ohio Dental Association’s ADA Seventh District Trustee candidate during the first meeting of the ODA House of Delegates on Thursday, September 17, 2015 in the Regency Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Columbus. Voting for the ADA Seventh District Trustee candidate is scheduled to take place early on the agenda at the first meeting of the House of Delegates and the meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. Due to this important election, delegates (or alternate delegates sitting in for a delegate) must check-in at the delegate check-in desk in the Regency Ballroom and be seated on the House floor prior to the start of the voting process for the trustee candidate on Thursday, September 17, 2015.
