LIMIT OF LIABILITY The limit of liability can be adjusted to be a total aggregate up to NADA retail at time of breakdown. Customized to the requirements of the dealership.

DEDUCTIBLE OPTIONS$0, $50, $100, $200 Deductible can be set up to reduce when the customer returns to the selling dealer.

MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTSThe customer must maintain the vehicle according to the maintenance requirements outlined in their agreement. There are options based upon time and mileage intervals, as well as options based upon the manufacturer’s requirements agreement. Pre-authorization when servicing outside of the selling dealership is also available.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITSROADSIDE ASSISTANCE Up front benefit, up to $100 per occurrence, per benefit: Towing and Wrecker, Flat Tire Change (agreement holder must provide usable spare), Emergency Fuel Delivery (cost of fuel excluded), Battery Jump, Key Lockout (cost of replacement key not included).
