2. Recruit Participant Organizations – identify and engage 15 – 20 organizations in each Training Partner community to participate in E-Mediat (45-60 per country) – MARCH 2011

3. Provide Software and Training through Microsoft – access software needs of Training Partners and Participant Organizations and organize training as needed through Microsoft local Learning Partners – APRIL 2011, ongoing

3. Deliver New Media Strategic Planning, Training, and Coaching - Deliver targeted, cutting-edge new media training and coaching to 150 – 250 NGOs and CSOs in at least 15 communities across five countries + UAE – APRIL 2011 through JANUARY 2012

(In UAE, the five workshop modules will be delivered over a one-week period by trainers from another E-Mediat program country)

4. Develop Online Learning Community for partners, contributors, sponsors, participants, teams, and trainers to interact and share best practices – launch APRIL 2011

5. Establish local networks of individuals and organizations using New Media to build stronger organizations and promote civic engagement – JUNE 2011, ongoing

6. Convene Boot Camps and Regional Meetings – to be convened in 2-3 countries for all six program countries – FEBRUARY/MARCH 2012

Training Partners (TPs)• Assist with recruitment of Participant Organizations (POs)• Provide site/computer lab space where trainings will be

held for other (15-20) NGOs (POs) in TPs’ local communities• Leadership Team will travel to TPs to deliver workshops to

Participant Organizations• Each workshop (5 total) will be delivered over 2 -3 days at

each Training Partner for 15-20 organizations that will participate in all five workshops.

• Trainers and other staff from TPs will attend the New Media training TPs

• TPs can offer New Media training to their target communities, providing a strong multiplier effect

in April 2011 at local Training Partners• Attend five 2-3 day workshops delivered over eight

Community• May be selected to attend E-Mediat Bootcamps/Regional
