Company Overview
Managers and assistant managers must be provided opportunities to hone skills while engaging employees, identifying relationship needs, and recognizing excellence. The organization is currently challenged with an absence of ongoing learning and development tools that cater to a predominantly remote leadership workforce.
In an effort to fill this void and establish stronger internal benchstrength, the company could better poise themselves to develop future leaders, strengthen current subject matter experts, and reduce external hires for promotions.

Solution Need
Currently, the organization does not have training to develop leadership and encourage healthy, productive employee/management relationships.
The Leadership team is predominantly managed from remote locations creating an obstacle for in-classroom training/development
Current Situation
1The organization’s goals are to improve and expand educational leadership opportunities for managers and assistant managers.
The organization also seeks to create virtual instructional designs and plans to provide a forum for discussing leadership challenges and employee relations.

Option 3
The organization established that in an effort to avoid compromising the program based on associated costs and ensure a healthy return on investment, Option 3 would be a more viable option.
This will afford an opportunity for proper analysis and also prevents an over commitment to the integration of a new program.
