Bus/TransportationSubsidyTo help reduce trip costs, the Faculty ofFine Arts will pay up to $1,000 perschool. The amount of the subsidydepends on your actual costs to amaximum of $1,000.

How It Works1. Please arrange and pay your

transportation costs (bus or gas forvehicles).

2. Get a Subsidy Reimbursement Formfrom the Information Centre onFebruary 27 or [email protected].

3. Submit your transportation receiptalong with the completed SubsidyReimbursement Form and we’llreimburse your costs up to $1,000per school. The amount of thesubsidy depends on actual costs.

Drawing the ModelExplore gesture drawing – a traditionaldrawing exercise used by artists tostudy the human body. Learn to loosenup, develop hand-eye co-ordinationand a sense of proportions. Metal Sculpture: Introduction tothe ForgeUsing the forge to create metalsculptures. Watch how to shape andtexture steel rod using hot and coldprocesses and a demo of how to tie aknot in a length of steel rod. Motion CaptureMotion capture is used in theproduction of games, animation film,and live action movies. Our high-endmotion capture facility is based on theVicon system, which is the standard infilm production, the entertainmentindustry and science and medicalapplications.
