Collectorate's, Touzi No. 2998, Re. Sa No. 212, J.t,. No. 12,

within Police Station formerly Kasba at present Tiljala nou'

within municipal limit of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation

(Jadavpur Unit) under Ward No. 108 in the District of 24

Parganas. (hereinafter referred to as the said landed

Property)

B. Thc said Satish Chandra Paramanik died intestate lcaving

case or any proceedings started at the instance of

there is no certificate case or proceedings pending

against the Vendor or any of them for realization of
