1.0 TITAN AGENCY SETUP

1.1 Agency Contacts TNDPS to request software.

1.2 Agency/Court recieves software requirements and executes MOU with TNDOS.

1.3 TNDPS creates new Jurisdictional Administrator (JA) or assigns agency to existing JA. Client installation and training material sent to agency.

1.4 JA sets up local violations, routing rules, fees, court info, etc.

1.5 JA sets up userids, passwords, profiles, and application function security.

1.6 Agency tech support installs TITAN client software on officer MDT, Laptop, or other suitable work computer.

A web service for various court management systems across Tennessee to interface directly

citation into the court management system for adjudication.

Clerks/Prosecutors/Judges will access TITAN web portal.

Access provided to electronic inboxes of tickets that have been submitted by officers to be adjudicated by their court.

This functionality will serve as the access to information for all users requiring access to the citation information.
