Strong demands for rental properties have geared up the rental yields in most cities of the UK. Blackpool, Southampton, Manchester, Nottingham, Kingston upon Hull, Coventry, Oxford, Portsmouth, Liverpool and Cambridge are top-10 buy-to-let hot spots by rental yields as reported by HSBC.
