    The Design

The site being a hillock challenges the design to minimize the disturbance

and yet create with air. The central mound has the villament and villas

are placed around it. There are 6 such villas. The villas are oriented in such a way that the river view is captured.

The villas are designed as split level units and planning is open, a hide &

seek in the treatment of spaces within the units. Villament units are single

level units at the central portion of the site. There are 18 such villament.A centrally located space forms the common zone. Exposed stone and

brick masonry forms the fabric which envelops these units. A harmonious

merging of built space within the natural environment.

Good Earth River Song Good Earth River Song gives you a modern

interpretation of the traditional Agraharams. This traditional joint family concept in design,

helps in integrating a better community , whichhas been successfully achieved by our previous

    projects.

A central open space facilitates a sense of

belonging, for all units of Villas & Villament.

The vehicle free central court, over looked by

all units becomes an apt play area for children.

The units are discreetly merged with the

terrain of the hillock, giving a fabulous view

symbolic of harmonious blending of built up

    space with the natural environment.

    Exposed natural materials are aesthetically

employed to envelop your home.Terracotta bricks have been used, giving

    thermal insulation to the interiors.

About Good Earth Good Earth took birth as a

passion for eco-sensitivity and sustainable community

living. To create a space where shared ideas and

notions of life can evolve and take shape. A placewhere you nd an uncommon, but spontaneous

expression of natures sacred spirit. A specialecoscape where nature can breathe easy, heal and

ourish. Bringing together like minded people with a

common vision of building a sustainable future. With

an expertise of over 2 decades blending architecturalexcellence with eco-sensitivity.

With every such project we undertake, we gain

new insights and are better equipped to provide

solutions. Certain concepts about the individual and

the community have evolved over time. And sohave our ideas. From our earliest projects, we have

evolved into creating clusters of homes, retaining

as much of the landscape, and providing exibilityin the design of each home, in order to personalise

the space. Common infrastructure for maintaining andsecuring, with spaces for adequate interaction and

entertainment is taken care of, making the community

alive and vibrant, and ensuring the growth of apositive environment.
