Bank, therefore, hereby calls upon you by issuing this Notice under Section 13(2) of the said Act, notwithstanding any injunction order from any Court of law as provided under Section 34 of the said Act, to discharge, in full, your liabilities to the Bank, stated hereinabove, together with further interest thereon till the actual date of payment by you, within SIXTY DAYS from the date of the Notice, failing which, Bank, as a secured creditor, shall exercise all or any of the rights confirmed on it under sub-Section 4 of Section 13 of the said Act and under other applicable provisions of the said Act.5.
