The 3M™ Dynatel™ Qualification Test Set 950ADSL2 Plus is a cost-

effective solution ideal for technicians providing both POTS testing

and verification of ADSL2+ modem connectivity.

The Dynatel test sets are housed in a light-weight, hand-held case

designed for ease-of-handling and portability. Each unit weighs less

than 2.5 pounds with the rechargeable battery pack included. The

display clearly provides test results and measurements including bin

graphs and data rates.

The Dynatel Qualification Test Set 950ADSL2 Plus conducts multiple metallic tests independently

or as part of the Autotest function. Tests include CO and foreign voltage, insulation and loop

resistance, longitudinal balance and loss & noise. Autotest results can be saved and uploaded

for record storage and later analysis. The tester can also generate tones up to 2.2MHz for loss

measurements.

ADSL2+ active testing include performance measurements including data rate up/down, max

rate, attenuation etc., as well as error measurements such as FEC, CRC and HEC with bin

graph capture to analyze data transfer performance. The 950ADSL2 Plus can also ping to an

ISP to measure response time. In addition, ADSL2+ test results can be saved and uploaded for

record storage or later analysis.
