The GSC100 Series is a low cost, full-featured autostart for small generator installations. Factory-fi xed settings prevent unauthorized fi eld tampering. The GSC100 is conformally coated to protect against the elements and carries a 5-year warranty. The unit is supplied as a circuit card to be mounted within a customer supplied panel with appropriate labeling.

GSC200 Genset ControllerAuto Mains Failure
Single or 3-Phase
The GSC200 is an Auto Mains (utility) Failure Control module that provides Autostart and a range of engine monitoring and protection features. The GSC200 is designed to automatically start the generator when the mains (utility) power fails. When the mains (utility) power is restored the unit will transfer the load back to the mains (utility) supply and instruct the engine to begin the cool down timer. The GSC200 is an ideal controller to mate with a no-logic transfer switch for cost sensitive applications (ask about our Vigilant ATS without logic). The AMF functions can also be disabled and used as a conventional autostart control with a full-logic ATS.

The ES52 is designed to provide autostart control and protection for all types of diesel and gas engine-driven equipment. The module is epoxy sealed in an ultra-compact package with mounting compatibility to an industry standard footprint. The module is easily configured using on-board DIP switches and potentiometer adjustments.

The RA400 remote serial annunciator monitors the condition of the generator set from a remote location when it is equipped with a DynaGen GSC400Plus Genset Controller. If a generator alarm condition occurs, the remote annunciator alerts the operator through lamps and an audible alarm.

DynaLink Remote Genset MonitoringThe DynaLink genset monitoring system allows you to monitor and control generator sets over LAN, Internet, telephone modem, or wireless cellular connections. The system contains built-in features such as an alarm handler (SMS, Email and SNMP), data logger (with trend graphs) and a built-in web server for monitoring and control.
GSC400Plus Companion Products – DynaLink Remote Monitoring
The DynaLink WS100 module connects to the Internet via its built-in Ethernet port to a GSC400Plus Genset Controller at a facility. The DynaLink system makes the data available in an internal web server that can be accessed by the user using a standard web browser, like Internet Explorer. This makes it possible for the user to instantly read any parameter available from a remote location. Optionally, a PSTN dial-up modem can be connected to the WS100 to provide access via conventional telephone lines.
The WS200 module adds the additional capability of using its built-in quad band GSM/GPRS cellular modem with any standard SIM card for remote or mobile gensets without Internet. It also supports an external GPS receiver which makes it possible to use it for applications where the geographical position is important, such as rental fleets.

DynaGen’s easy-to-use, 7-day exerciser clock gives you full control over day and time. The exerciser clock and indicator lamps are both accessible from outside the transfer switch. There’s no need to open the door to adjust the clock or view the status of the transfer switch, even with the NEMA 3 enclosure option.
Galvanized Corrosion Protection Standard on all Vigilant Enclosures
The Vigilant enclosure is made from duplex coated, galvanized G90 grade steel and meets American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard A653. The service life of our galvanized steel enclosures is more than twice that of regular steel.
