International Shipments: Factory ships to the United States and Canada only.

Random Samples: Sample orders totaling less than $15(Z) will be billed at no charge, however customer must pay freight.

Pre-Production Samples: Add $50(V) plus all

applicable set up and running charges. Production time begins after written approval of the preproduction sample. Set up and run charges are not refundable if order is cancelled.

Spec Samples: Spec samples are $100(V). This fee will be deducted from the invoice if an order is placed.

Artwork Specifications: Email art to [email protected]. Please be sure to identify your artwork by submitting it with the purchase order number referenced in the subject line. Artwork must be provided as vector art. Artwork can be submitted as .EPS, .AI or .PDF files created in Adobe Illustrator CS5 for PC or CorelDraw X4 for PC. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves. Raster art saved at 300 DPI or higher and actual size is also acceptable for 4 color process artwork only. Template and image requests can be found online at www.midnitesnax.com or by emailing [email protected].

PMS Match: PMS color match is available on direct imprint orders only. See specifications and charges of individual items for pricing. Stock colors are offered as an exact match for no additional charge. Factory will match PMS colors as closely as possible if there is no exact match needed. Due to different surfaces and methods of imprinting, colors may appear differently.

Artwork Recreation: To clean up, change, recreate or create art is $62.50(V) per hour. Due to high volume, this charge will be $93.75(V) per hour from October January.

general information

Hours: Customer service hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm EST, Monday-Friday. Order acknowledgements will be sent for each purchase order and we require that it is signed and returned to us prior to the ship date.

Minimum Order Requirement: Factory has a minimum order value requirement of $100(Z). In addition, if less than the minimum quantity of a product is ordered, there will be a $60(V) less than minimum charge.

Production Time: Production time is 5-7 working days after art approval unless otherwise noted.

Changes & Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to orders must be submitted in writing. Cancellations must be made well in advance to the scheduled ship date. You may be invoiced for any work already completed. Any type of order change may result in a delay to the original scheduled ship date. If adding to an order that is already produced but not shipped, a new purchase order is required and the additional pieces will be produced based on the current production schedule and pricing for that quantity.

Rush Service: Rush service is available on most products with an additional charge. Contact customer service for pricing.

Claims & Returns: Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns must be approved in advance by obtaining a return authorization number from customer

service. All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made with the carrier.

Gift Cards: Gift cards can be added to individual packages within an order. Add $.13(V) per piece if you supply your own gift card to the factory and all cards are the same. Add $2.50(V) to match a specific card to a corresponding package. Factory can create gift cards for a charge of $.75(V) per piece plus a $50(V) set up charge. Factory-made gift cards are 5”W x 3”H with a 25 piece minimum.

Trademark Usage: All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork required by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the plant as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws, regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such a copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory will not violate any such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold factory harmless to any damages and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of factory’s use of said copy or other material or the operations undertaken by this agreement. Rights to Promotion: We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in writing at time of order.

Shipping Terms: Factory will ship according to instructions on purchase order. If shipping instructions are not specified, orders will be shipped according to our best judgment. Some items ship dimensional weight and may result in additional freight charges. Factory cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or anything else beyond our reasonable control. Title to merchandise passes to buyer at time of shipment. Any claims for loss or damage to goods must be filed against the carrier. All materials should be retained for inspection by carrier. UPS or FedEx may bill factory for address corrections and those charges will be invoiced to the customer if an inadequate or inaccurate address was provided. All perishable items returned due to inadequate addresses will be destroyed and non-perishable items will be donated.

Drop / Split Shipments: Add $2.00(V) per location if your order requires factory to ship each individual item to a different location and addresses are submitted in proper MS Excel format using factory supplied template. Add
