1. Surface preparation- We have to dry all side parts which want to inspect.- The adjacent areas within at least 25.4 mm or 1 inch.- We can’t do sand lastin! "!rit#shot$.

2. %re-cleanin!- We have to apply cleaner or remover to the part which want to inspect.

air.&. 'pply penetrant

- 'pply penetrant y dippin!( rushin!( or sprayin!.- )sin! penetrant ased on their temperature.- Waitin! for 1* minutes until penetrant come in to the crac+ "dwell time$.

4. %enetrant removal- ,irstly( remove ecess penetrant from the surface y dry cloth.- Then( remove remain ecess penetrant y wipin! with moistened cloth .- Waitin! for 5 minutes until dried.

5. 'pply eveloper- 'pply developer y sprayin! su/cient enou!h( not too ecessive.- Waitin! until the penetrant come out.
