UNITED STATES ARMY – Various Locations 1996 – Present Command Financial Specialist
Served as the principle advisor to the Operations Director on service member’s quality of life and Family financial readiness issues; performed management counseling to unit service members and their family members
Recommended options to improve the financial welfare of all personnel within the department; referred clients with long – term problems to proper legal authorities to include the Army Emergency Relief or various credit agencies
Provided preventive and consumer education on employee responsibilities toward financial obligations; supported all family members during deployments to Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay missions
Continued to process Army Emergency Relief loans for service members and their families to assist them of any financial burden; sought out other sources and methods of assistance when Relief funds were not authorized
Developed debt liquidation strategies for service members; provided financial budget counseling often saving them hundreds of dollars

Drill Instructor at a reception company in the Army’s third largest Reception Organization that annually processes 14K Initial Entry Training service members
Managed and responsible for directing and synchronizing the human resources, security clearances, religious and mental health services and logistics of a 300 person organization with vehicles and equipment worth in excess of $7M
Managed and directed a staff consisting of 35 personnel with zero injuries or inconsistencies
Processed over 3.5K service members through 18 stations in the expedited 3.5 days standard

Infantry Team Leader
