As the largest business aviation show in the Middle East, the MEBAA Show has developed a well earned reputation as the key platform for business in the region, attracting exhibitors and visitors from around the world to be part of this growing market.

By 2037, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific will be the fastest growing markets, with an annual RPK growth rate of 5.7%, according to Embraer Market Outlook 2018. Bombardier predicts 350 deliveries to the Middle East valued at $12 billion over the next 10 years with medium and large category aircraft accounting for about 95 percent of these deliveries.

2016 saw the first private jet take off from Dubai South’s VIP Terminal, a dedicated facility catering to ultra-high net worth travellers. The 5,600 sqm terminal, which is described as the “first and only seven-star private aviation facility”, is expected to handle 20,000 passengers in 2017 and 60,000 in 2020.
