No legal requirement to display a disc from 1st October 2014

No tax disc issued via any channel

No trade licence issued (plates remain)

Licence period not transferable between keepers

Automatic refund on event (eg. disposal or SORN)

New keeper must licence vehicle before use – no legal grace period

EVL to accept licensing at change of keeper
