ORDERS & DELIVERYThe orders can be placed from Monday to Sunday, through our Website or

the FBO. The delivery times are from Monday to Sunday, 06:00 to 20:00(lt) with

sealed bags to the aircraft, handed over to the person ordered.

PRE-REQUISITEThe passenger ordering tax free goods is older than 18 years of age, is not

precluded by law to order the products and is in the possession of a regis-

tered flight ticket departing from Zurich to an international airport outside

Switzerland.

INVOICING AND ORDER PAYMENTAll prices are including all taxes. We accept direct payment on delivery at

aircraft by Credit Card or at order on the Webpage. We accept major credit

cards. Any other form of payment arrangements should be previously agreed.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONThe final responsibility regarding compliance with any customs regulations ap-

plicable at the destination is in the sole responsibility of the passenger. Bijoux

Catering shall in no circumstances be liable for customs or airline regulations.

DATA PROTECTIONNo third party will receive any data concerning the names, addresses or any

other information of our clients. It will be used solely for the processing of the

orders.

FORCE MAJEUREBijoux Catering is not liable for whole or partial non-performance or suspen-

sion of its obligation as a direct or indirect result of labour strikes, fire, flood,

inability to obtain material, traffic jams, accidents, breakdowns, war, insurrec-

tion, riot, bad weather conditions, government acts or regulations or any other

cause (whether or not of a likely nature) beyond the company’s control.
