WHEREAS, sealed bids for Transportation of students from Dunkirk, NY to St. Mary’s School for the Deaf, Summit Center, and Buffalo Autism Services, were duly advertised, received, and publically opened at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 14th, 2019, and

WHEREAS, bids from the following were received:

Transpo Bus Services LLC, Rochester, NY $545/Day Corvus Bus and Charter Inc., Gerry, NY. $555/Day

WHEREAS, an analysis of the bids based on the specifications and low price indicate that Transpo Bus Services LLC., be awarded the bid as follows:

Transpo Bus Services LLC, $545/Day for 180 Days, $98,100.00.

The parties negotiation the terms have reached an Agreement on the terms of a successor Agreement for the period July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022 which they desire to record; therefore, be it
