  • Approx 60,000 visitors.in our 2nd year!Content was submitted and presented almost exclusively by local artists (living literally on or down the street), by local faith

groups of all denominations, organized by parents from local school councils & local residents groups.

In addition, less than 20% of all vendors were outside vendors (that is, not a BIA bricks & mortar member) and of thoseoutside vendors, the vast majority (all but 2) were based less than 5 km from the street. Over 80- percent of thedisplays, vendors booths, performances, etc were presented or done by our BIA members. For example, ALL of thepatios were run by BIA members, no beer tents

in other words, this event is a truly local showcase of the businesses & the community in which thefestival happenedvery rare & unique, for downtown Toronto.

The National Post called Dundas West Fest a watershed moment for Dundas Street West after year 1

BlogTO called Dundas West Fest one of the Top 5 Spring Street Festivals in Toronto, before year 2
