Starting in this industry at such an early age has given me an extremely different perspective, and allowed me to adapt to different environments. Having abilities to learn quickly, problem solve, and identify key elements in a company’s IT infrastructure that require review has made me a valuable employee for quite some time, presenting me with experiences that vary across many platforms and environments making me in a sense a jack of all trades in IT. This unique skillset allows me to apply a problem solving mindset related to almost any IT problem and have a basic understanding to communicate effectively to other staff to effectively work as a team solving our everyday IT needs. One of the interesting things I’ve discovered over the years working behind the scenes is that you get a more in depth observation of how the entire corporate environment works as a whole, giving you an entirely new perspective on how day to day operations function. This perspective opens up a whole new world of IT from an optimizations point of view because you can begin to "connect the dots" as you will. Using IT to strengthen the bonds of all the interconnected departments making a company far more effective. Something I’d like to see more companies do in the future. CMC Group 2012 - 2015IT Help Desk / Systems Administration Maintain all of our satellite facilities and keep CRM solution online and running for production to continue with minimal issues. This includes and isn’t limited to all server side functions, policy deployments, and hardware maintenance.

Avnet Integrated 2012 – 2013 Tier 2 Technician Supported Absolute and Carnegie server system lines. Prepared and tested units for Quality Control. Additional responsibilities included motherboard repair, network maintenance and installation, 5S meeting. Operated in compliance with ISO Standards (9001, 14000, 50001, and 31000.)

The Laptop Guy 2009 – 2012 Senior Technician Led team of 7 people working on repairs, maintenance, and rebuilds of all our customers and companies machines. Provided help desk and hardware support.
