• Use your nol Card or get your nol Red Ticket at the entry gate of this car park.

• Please use the same nol Card or Ticket that you get at the entry gate of the car park for travel on public transport to benefit from the grace period and free parking.

Parking fees for nol Card users:

Proceed straight to the car park exit gate, as it is not necessary to validate your nol Card at the Parking Payment machine.

What is a nol Card or nol Red Ticket?

To travel on the Metro you need to buy a nol Card or a nol Red Ticket. For your convenience, kindly

ensure your nol card is topped up with sufficient balance.Minimum balance: AED 15.0 for return journey.

There are 5 options available, find out which one will suit you best on the next page.

It’s easy to buy or top-up a card, or add trips to your nol Red Ticket. Just go to a Ticket Vending Machine, Metro Ticket Office or RTA authorised sales agent. Step 4 shows you their locations in Dubai.

Each time you travel, tap your card on the gateand it will automatically deduct the correct fare.It’s easy!

• Holds up to AED 5000 worth of credit and is valid for 5 years.

• Personalised card with the user’s photo.

• Has an e-purse, which deducts the correct fare automatically.

• nol Blue (gold) Card allows the privilege of using Gold Class cabin on the Metro and Tram.

• Card requires a one-time payment and will be delivered within 10 working days.*

• Secure online services for top-up credit, viewing full transaction history and report a lost or stolen card.*

• Receive SMS notifications related to confirmation of services and/or required instructions.**

• More features such as loyalty points program, auto top up facility.

How much should you pay?Step 3

When using Nol cards, your journey will fall into one of the following tiers, based on the start and finish points:

Tier 2 Starts in one zone and ends in a neighboring zone.

Nice to know Children under 5 years or shorter than 90cm travel FREE on the Metro.

Nice to know Register the Anonymous Silver/Gold Card to protect the E-purse balance. The product 30-Day, 90-Day & 365-Day Pass can be brought on Registered Silver/Gold Card. Registration process is required at Metro ticket office or online at www.nol.ae. Registration fee is AED 30.

The following fines have been put in place to ensure you have a great experience on the Metro.

Disregard the signage to ensure you are in the right cabin.

Open the door for emergency exit or using emergency exit where it is not necessary.

Run on platform or on escalators and travelators. Eat, drink or chewing gum on board. Lean against train doors. Forget to safe guard your personal belongings.

Queue on the sides of the platform doors and allow passengers to get off the train before you get on.

Give priority to elderly, pregnant women and disabled in the trains and lifts.

Respect etiquette guidelines to wear respectful clothing and no public display of affection.

Put your large size bag down to free space for others. Talk with soft voice to keep comfortable environment for others.
