GEOGRAPHY • Dubai is situated on the Persian Gulf coast of

the United Arab Emirates. Apart from being a city, it also forms one of the seven emiratesof the

country. Dubai is positioned at  25.2697°N E. Dubai lies directly within the Arabi.an Desert

EDUCATION

• Education in Dubai encompasses the many levels of primary, secondary and collegiate education catering to various ethnic and linguistic groups. The school system in Dubai does not differ from education in the United Arab Emirates. There are many public and private schools serving Emiratis and expatriates.

SPORTS

•  The main sports structure, will be a 60,000 seat multi-purpose outdoor stadium. This stadium will be used for athletics, cricket and football.

ARTS

• Carbon 12 Dubai[1], art fairs, artists, art patrons and collectors have grown in number. The Gulf Art Fair, curated by Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, is one example of Dubai's artistic activity.[2]

LEISURE TIME

Dubai has a very diverse and lively entertainment scene, with many bars, restaurants, clubs and cinemas catering particularly for the large expatriate population.
