    market is steady again

    last quarter, a recent

    Q3 2011 report by

    property management

    frm, Asteco stated.

    Actually, this is the

    third consecutive

    quarter that quality

    buildings in

    established locations

    have experienced

    steady rental rates,

    says Elaine Jones,

    CEO, Asteco Property

    Management.

    Rentals remained

    stable over the

    summer months with

    only Discovery

    Gardens, International

    City (inset) and

    Jumeirah Lakes

    Towers seeing

    declines o two percent due to the high

    volume o supply.

    Rents are also going

    up in certain

    properties. James

    Residences on the

    Palm Jumeirah saw an

    increase in the last
