Gas Supply

Installation must conform with local codes.

Locate the gas supply within the shaded area shown in the illustration on page 5.

The range is equipped for use with natural or liquid propane (LP) gas. The product rating plate has information on the type of gas that should be used. For rating plate location, refer to the illustration below. If this information does not agree with the type of gas available, check with the local gas supplier.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The dual fuel range must be connected to a regulated gas supply.

The rating plate, located at the far right of the bottom of the control panel assembly just above the oven door, has information on the type of gas that should be used. If this information does not agree with the type of gas available, check with the local gas supplier.

A compatible ISO 7-1 gas inlet thread is provided on all units. Please contact your local Wolf dealer if an ISO 228-1 or other gas inlet thread is required. Pipe joint compounds, suitable for use with LP gas should be used. For LP gas, piping or tubing size can be 13 mm minimum. LP gas sup-pliers usually determine the size and materials used on the system.

If local codes permit, a flexible metal appliance connector is recommended for connecting this range to the gas supply line. Do not kink or damage the flexible connector when moving the range.

If rigid pipe is used as a gas supply line, a combination of pipe fittings must be used to obtain an in-line connection to the range. All strains must be removed from the supply and gas lines so the range will be level and in line.

Wolf natural gas ranges will function up to 3124 m in altitude without adjustment and LP gas ranges will function up to 2621 m. If the installation exceeds these elevations, contact your authorized Wolf dealer for a high altitude conversion kit.

Installation Requirements

IMPORTANT NOTE: When installing against a combustible surface, a minimum 254 mm riser is required for a 914 mm dual fuel range with charbroiler or griddle and all 1219 mm and 1524 mm models.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Connection of this appliance should be through a fused connection unit or a suitable isolator, which complies with national and local safety regulations. The on/off switch should be easily accessible after the appli-ance has been installed. If the switch is not accessible after installation (depending on country) an additional means of disconnection must be provided for all poles of the power supply. When switched off there must be an all pole contact gap of 3 mm in the isolator switch. This 3 mm contact dis-connect gap must apply to any isolator switch, fuses and/or relays according to EN60335.

Preparation

Before moving the range, protect any finished flooring and secure oven door(s) closed to prevent damage.

To lighten the load or to fit through a door way, the oven door(s) can be removed. Only remove if necessary. Do not remove griddle or any other component. Door removal should only be done by a certified installer or service technician.

For removal, a hinge pin will be inserted into the appropriate hinge shown in the illustrations below. The pin(s) are located inside the oven door. For single oven ranges, the hinge pin must be inserted in the right hinge. For double oven ranges, the pins must be placed in the outer two hinges.

CAUTION

Failure to insert the hinge pin in the appropriate hinge arm will cause damage to the range.

INSTALLATION

OVEN DOOR REMOVAL

1 Insert the hinge pin into the appropriate hinge.

2 Remove the lower kickplate assembly to access the lower hinge retainer mounting screws.

3 Open the oven door and remove both upper and lower hinge retainer mounting screws. The oven gasket may have to be moved slightly to access the bottom screws.

4 Move the hinge retainer plate forward slightly. The hinge retainer plate will remain on the door hinge after the mounting screws have been removed.

5 Carefully close the oven door to approximately 60°, then lift the door up and out. A slight rocking motion may be required for removal.

Anti-Tip Bracket

To prevent the unit from tipping forward, the anti-tip bracket must be installed. To ensure the anti-tip bolt engages the bracket, refer to the chart and illustration below to deter-mine proper placement.

INSTALL BRACKET

Drywall application | After properly positioning the anti-tip bracket, mark holes, then use a Phillips screwdriver or a low rpm power drill to drive the wall anchor into the surface of the wallboard until flush. Pre-drill holes if needed. For hard wallboard or double-board construction, use a 6 mm drill bit. For solid plaster, use a 11 mm drill bit. Refer to the illustration below. Use #8 screws and flat washers to fasten the bracket to the wall.

Wood floor application | After properly positioning the anti-tip bracket, drill 5 mm pilot holes through the floor. Use #12 screws and flat washers to secure the bracket to the floor.

Concrete floor application | After properly positioning the anti-tip bracket drill 10 mm holes into the concrete a minimum of 38 mm deep. Use 10 mm wedge anchors to secure the bracket to the floor.

Placement

Do not lift or carry the oven door by the door handle. The range has rear casters which allow for easy movement by lifting the front of the unit.

Use an appliance dolly to move the unit near the opening. Remove and recycle packing materials. Do not discard the anti-tip bracket supplied with the range.

If a riser has been specified, refer to the installation instruc-tions packaged with the riser. The riser must be installed before the range is installed.

Leveling

Raise the unit to its desired height by adjusting the front legs and rear casters. Use a 19 mm socket to adjust the rear casters. The front legs can be adjusted by rotating the hex-agonal leg clockwise to raise and counterclockwise to lower.

Once the bracket is secure, adjust the anti-tip bolt so the top of the washer is 22 mm maximum from the floor. Slide the range into the opening and verify the anti-tip bolt is engaged. Refer to the illustrations below.

Electrical Connection

Open the terminal box to expose the screws with corre-sponding numbers. Run the cord through the strain relief hole and into the terminal box. Two concentric knockouts are provided to allow for permanent or cordset wiring of the unit.

SINGLE PHASE INSTALL (LINE, NEUTRAL, GROUND)

Loosen the 1, 5, and ground screws. Attach the Neutral wire to the number 5 position. Line should be attached to the 1 position and attach the ground to the corresponding ground screw.

3PHASE INSTALL (L1, L2, L3, NEUTRAL, GROUND)

Loosen the 1, 2, 3 and remove the copper bars. Loosen 5 and ground screws. Attach L1 to position 1. L2 to position 2. L3 to position 3. Neutral wire to position 5 and attach the ground to the corresponding ground screw.

WARNING

Copper bars must be removed from positions 1, 2, and 3 when connecting to 3phase power.

Gas Supply Connection

All connections to the gas piping must be wrench-tightened. Do not overtighten or allow pipes to turn when tightening.

If a flexible metal connector is being used, verify it is not kinked, then attach the gas supply line to the regulator on the range. Open the valve and check for leaks by placing a liquid detergent solution onto all gas connections. Bubbles around connections indicate a gas leak. If a leak appears, close the shut-off valve and adjust connections.

Troubleshooting

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the range does not operate properly, follow these troubleshooting steps:

• Verify electrical power is supplied to the range.

• Verify the gas supply shut-off valve is in the open position.

• If the range does not operate properly, contact Wolf factory certified service. Do not attempt to repair the range. Wolf is not responsible for service required to correct a faulty installation.

Suministro de gas

NOTA IMPORTANTE: la cocina mixta debe conectarse a un suministro de gas regulado.

La placa de datos, situada en la parte derecha inferior del conjunto del panel de control, justo encima de la puerta del horno, tiene información acerca del tipo de gas que se debe utilizar. Si esta información no coincide con el tipo de gas que tiene disponible, póngase en contacto con su proveedor de gas.

Con todas las unidades se incluye una rosca de entrada de gas compatible ISO 7-1. Póngase en contacto con su distribuidor de Wolf si necesita una rosca ISO 228-1 u otra rosca de entrada de gas. Debe utilizar una pasta de recubrimiento para tuberías que sea adecuada para que se pueda utilizar con gas LP. Para gas LP, el tubo puede tener un mínimo de 13 mm. Los proveedores de gas LP normal-mente determinan el tamaño y los materiales que se utilizan en el sistema.

Si la normativa nacional lo permite, se recomienda utilizar un conector metálico flexible para conectar la cocina al suministro de gas. Tenga cuidado de no dañar ni doblar el conector flexible cuando mueva la cocina.

Si utiliza un tubo rígido como línea de suministro, debe uti-lizar una combinación de empalmes de tubos para obtener una conexión en línea con la cocina. Debe eliminar todas las deformaciones que haya en las líneas del suministro de gas para que la cocina quede nivelada y en línea.

Las cocinas de gas natural o gas licuado de Wolf funcio-narán hasta a 3124 m de altitud sin necesidad de realizar ajuste alguno y las cocinas de gas licuado funcionará hasta 2621 m. Si la instalación supera estas alturas, póngase en contacto con su distribuidor autorizado de Wolf para obtener un kit de conversión para una mayor altitud.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: la conexión de este aparato debe reali-zarse a una unidad de conexión con fusibles o a un aislador adecuado, que cumpla con las normativas de seguridad nacionales y locales. El interruptor de encendido/apagado debe encontrarse en un lugar accesible después de haber instalado el aparato. Preparación

Antes de desplazar la cocina, proteja el acabado del suelo y asegúrese de que las puertas están cerradas para evitar cualquier posible daño.

Puede extraer la puerta o puertas del horno para aligerar el peso o para que pase por el marco de la puerta. Extrái-gala solo en caso necesario. No retire la placa o cualquier otro componente. La extracción de las puertas deberá ser realizada por un técnico de mantenimiento o instalador certificado.

Para su extracción, deberá insertarse una clavija de bisagra en el brazo de bisagra correspondiente tal como muestran las siguientes ilustraciones. Las clavijas se encuentran en el interior de la puerta del horno. Para las cocinas con hornos simples, la clavija de bisagra se debe introducir en la bisagra derecha. Para las cocinas con hornos dobles, las clavjias deben colocarse en las dos bisagras exteriores.

PRECAUCIÓN

Si no coloca la clavjia de bisagra en el brazo de bisagra adecuado, provocará daños en la cocina.

INSTALACIÓN

EXTRACCIÓN DE LA PUERTA DEL HORNO

1 Introduzca la clavija de bisagra en la bisagra correspondiente.

2 Retire el conjunto del zócalo inferior para tener acceso a los tornillos de montaje inferiores de sujeción de la bisagra.

3 Abra la puerta del horno y extraiga los tornillos de montaje superior e inferior de sujeción de la bisagra. Es posible que tenga que desplazar ligeramente la junta del horno para acceder a los tornillos inferiores.

4 Mueva la placa de retención de bisagras ligeramente hacia adelante. Esta se mantendrá en las bisagras de la puerta después de haber extraído los tornillos de montaje.

5 Cierre con cuidado la puerta del horno hasta alcanzar aproximadamente un ángulo de 60 ºC y luego levante la puerta del horno hacia arriba y hacia afuera. Quizá tenga que sacudir un poco la puerta para sacarla.

Soporte antivuelco

Debe instalarse el soporte antivuelco para evitar que la unidad se incline hacia adelante. Para garantizar el perno antivuelco encaja correctamente con el soporte, consulte la siguiente tabla e ilustración para determinar la colocación adecuada.

INSTALACIÓN DEL SOPORTE

Aplicaciones en la pared | Tras colocar correctamente el soporte antivuelco, orificios de marca, y utilice un destor-nillador Phillips o un taladro de pocas rpm para colocar los anclajes de pared en la superficie del tablero hasta que quede pegado. Taladre previamente los orificios en caso necesario. Para obtener un panel sólido o una construcción con panel doble, utilice una broca de 6 mm. Para conseguir una sujeción sólida en yeso, utilice una broca de 11 mm. Observe la siguiente ilustración. Utilice arandelas planas y tornillos de 8# para fijar el soporte a la pared.

Aplicación en un suelo de madera | Tras colocar adecua-damente el soporte antivuelco, taladre orificios guías de 5 mm en el suelo. Utilice arandelas planas y tornillos de 8# para fijar el soporte al suelo

Aplicación en suelo de hormigón | Tras colocar adecua-damente el soporte antivuelco, taladre orificios de 10 mm en el hormigón a una profundidad mínima de 38 mm. Utilice anclajes de expansión de 10 mm para fijar el soporte al suelo.

Colocación

No utilice el asa de la puerta para levantar o trasladar la puerta del horno. La parte trasera de la cocina tiene ruedas, lo que hace más fácil su desplazamiento levantando la parte delantera de la unidad.

Utilice una plataforma rodante para desplazar la unidad hasta la cavidad. Quite y recicle los materiales de embalaje. No deseche el sistema antivuelco que se suministra con la cocina.

Si se ha especificado un protector, consulte las instruc-ciones que se incluyen en el protector. Debe instalar el protector antes de instalar la cocina.

Nivelación

Eleve la unidad a la altura deseada ajustando las patas regulables delanteras y las ruedas traseras. Utilice una llave de cubo de 19 mm para ajustar las ruedas traseras. Las patas delanteras pueden ajustarse girando la pata hexa-gonal en sentido a las agujas del reloj para subirlas y en sentido contrario para bajarlas.

Cuando el soporte esté fijado, ajuste el perno antivuelco de forma que la parte superior de la arandela esté a un máximo de 22 mm del suelo. Introduzca la cocina en la cavidad y compruebe que el perno antivuelco está fijado correcta-mente. Observe las siguientes ilustraciones.

Conexión eléctrica

Abra la caja de cables para ver los tornillos con los números correspondientes. Pase el cable por el agujero aliviador de tensión e introdúzcalo en la caja de cables. Se suministran dos troqueles concéntricos para instalar el cableado perma-nente o provisional de la unidad.

INSTALACIÓN MONOFÁSICA (LÍNEA, NEUTRO, CONEXIÓN

A TIERRA)

Afloje los tornillos 1, 5 y los de conexión a tierra. Conecte el cable neutro en la posición número 5. El cable de línea debe conectarse en la posición número 1 y el cable de conexión a tierra en el tornillo de conexión a tierra correspondiente.

INSTALACIÓN TRIFÁSICA (L1, L2, L3, NEUTRO, CONEXIÓN

A TIERRA)

Afloje el 1, 2 y 3 y retire de las barras de cobre. Afloje el 5 y los tornillos de conexión a tierra. Conecte L1 a la posición 1. L2 a la posición 2. L3 a la posición 3. Conecte el cable neutro a la posición 5 y conecte a tierra el correspondiente tornillo de conexión a tierra.

Las barras de cobre deben retirarse de las posiciones 1, 2 y 3 cuando se conecta a una potencia trifásica.

Conexión del suministro de gas

Todas las conexiones a los conductos de gas deberán apretarse con una herramienta adecuada. No los apriete demasiado ni permita que las tuberías se giren mientras los aprieta.

Si utiliza un conector metálico flexible, compruebe que no está torcido, y conecte la línea de suministro de gas al regulador de la cocina. Abra la válvula y compruebe que no hay fugas colocando una solución de detergente líquido en todas las conexiones de gas. Si aparecen burbujas alrededor de las conexiones, significa que hay una fuga de gas. En ese caso, cierre la válvula de cierre y ajuste las conexiones.

Localización y solución de problemas

NOTA IMPORTANTE: si la cocina no funciona correctamente, siga estos pasos de localización y solución de problemas:

• Compruebe que la cocina está conectada a la red eléctrica.

• Compruebe que la válvula de cierre del suministro de gas está en posición abierta.

• Si la cocina no funciona correctamente, póngase en contacto con un servicio técnico autorizado de Wolf. No intente reparar la cocina. Wolf no se hace responsable de las tareas de mantenimiento que deban realizarse para corregir una instalación defectuosa.

Alimentation en gaz

L'installation doit se conformer aux codes locaux.

La cuisinière est adaptée pour pouvoir fonctionner au gaz naturel ou au propane (LP). La plaque des caractéristiques du produit précise le type de gaz à utiliser. Pour l'empla-cement de la plaque des caractéristiques, reportez-vous à l'illustration ci-après. S'il ne correspond pas au type de gaz disponible, contactez votre fournisseur de gaz local.

REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : La cuisinière mixte doit être raccordée à une alimentation en gaz réglementaire.

La plaque des caractéristiques du produit, située à droite sur la partie inférieure du panneau de commande, juste au-dessus de la porte du four explique quel type de gaz doit être utilisé. S'il ne correspond pas au type de gaz dispo-nible, contactez votre fournisseur de gaz local.

Un raccord d'admission de gaz fileté compatible à la norme ISO 7-1 est fourni avec tous les appareils. Veuillez contacter votre revendeur Wolf si un raccord d'admission de gaz fileté à la norme ISO 228-1 ou d'un autre type est requis. Il est recommandé d'utiliser la pâte pour joints de tuyau adaptée au gaz GPL. Avec le gaz GPL, la dimension de conduite ou de tuyauterie recommandée est de 13 mm minimum. Généralement, les fournisseurs de gaz GPL déterminent les dimensions et les matériaux utilisés sur le système.

Si les codes locaux le permettent, l'utilisation d'un connec-teur d'électroménager métallique et souple est recom-mandée pour brancher cette cuisinière à la conduite d'alimentation en gaz. Ne pliez pas ou n'endommagez pas le connecteur souple lorsque vous déplacez la cuisinière.

Si la conduite d'alimentation en gaz est constituée d'un tuyau rigide, vous devriez utiliser une combinaison de rac-cords de tuyauterie pour obtenir un raccordement en ligne à la cuisinière. Pour que la cuisinière soit de niveau et en ligne, les conduites d'alimentation et de gaz ne doivent pas être déformées.

Les plaques de cuisson Wolf gaz naturel fonctionneront à des altitudes allant jusqu'à 3 124 m sans réglage particulier et les plaques de cuisson propane pourront fonctionner à des altitudes allant jusqu'à 2 621 m. Si l'appareil est installé à des altitudes plus élevées, veuillez consulter votre reven-deur agréé Wolf pour vous procurer un kit de conversion pour hautes altitudes.

Préparation

Avant de déplacer l'appareil, protégez le plancher fini et maintenez la ou les porte(s) du four fermée(s) pour éviter tout dommage.

Pour alléger la charge ou pour le faire passer dans un passage étroit, il est possible de retirer la ou les portes du four. Ne la retirez que si absolument nécessaire. Ne retirez ni la plaque à snacker ni aucun autre élément. Le retrait des portes doit être confié à un poseur ou un technicien d'entre-tien qualifié.

Pour le retrait, une broche de charnière sera insérée dans la charnière appropriée indiquée dans les illustrations ci-après. Les broches se trouvent à l'intérieur de la porte du four. Pour les cuisinières à four simple, la broche de charnière doit être insérée dans la charnière de droite. Pour les cuisi-nières à four double, les broches doivent être insérées dans les deux charnières extérieures.

MISE EN GARDE

Le non-respect de la consigne concernant l'insertion de la broche de charnière dans le bras d'articulation correct va entraîner des dommages de la cuisinière.

INSTALLATION

RETRAIT DE LA PORTE DU FOUR

1 Insérez la broche de charnière dans la charnière appropriée.

2 Retirez la plinthe inférieure pour accéder aux vis de mon-tage inférieures du système de fixation pour charnière.

3 Ouvrez la porte du four au maximum et retirez les vis de montage supérieure et inférieure du système de fixation pour charnière. Il est possible qu'il faille légèrement déplacer le joint du four pour accéder aux vis inférieures.

4 Avancez légèrement la plaque de fixation pour charnière. La plaque de fixation pour charnière reste sur la char-nière de porte une fois les vis de montage retirées.

5 Refermez délicatement la porte du four à environ 60°, puis soulevez la porte et sortez-la. Pour cela, il sera peut-être nécessaire de faire un léger mouvement de va-et-vient.

Support antibasculement

Le support antibasculement doit être installé pour empê-cher l'appareil de basculer vers l'avant. Pour s'assurer que le boulon antibasculement s'engage dans le support, consultez le tableau et l'illustration ci-dessous pour déter-miner le bon emplacement.

INSTALLATION DU SUPPORT

Placoplatre | Après avoir bien placé le support antibas-culement, faites des repères pour les trous, puis, à l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips ou d'une visseuse à faible vitesse, enfoncez l'ancrage mural dans la surface du mur jusqu'à ce qu'il soit à fleur. Pré-percez les trous, le cas échéant. Pour les cloisons dures ou les constructions à double cloison, utilisez une mèche de 6 mm. Pour le plâtre dur, utilisez une mèche de 11 mm. Reportez-vous à l'illustration ci-après. Utilisez les rondelles plates et des vis n°8 pour fixer le sup-port antibasculement au mur.

Plancher en bois | Après avoir bien placé le support antibasculement, percez des avant-trous de 5 mm dans le plancher. Utilisez les rondelles plates et des vis n°12 pour fixer le support antibasculement au plancher.

Sol en béton | Après avoir bien placé le support antibas-culement, percez des avant-trous de 10 mm dans le béton. Utilisez les pièces d'ancrage à cale de 10 mm pour fixer le support antibasculement au sol.

ANCRAGE MURAL

Emplacement

Ne soulevez pas, ni ne portez pas la porte du four par la poignée de porte. La cuisinière est équipée de roulettes arrière qui permettent de la déplacer facilement en soule-vant simplement le devant de l'appareil.

Utilisez un diable spécial appareils ménager pour amener l'appareil à l'ouverture. Retirez et recyclez les matériaux d'emballage. Ne jetez pas le support antibasculement fourni avec la cuisinière.

Si un dosseret a été jugé nécessaire, consultez les consignes d'installation accompagnant ce dosseret. Le dos-seret doit être installé avant d'installer la cuisinière.

Mise à niveau

Soulevez l'appareil à la hauteur voulue en réglant les pieds réglables avant et les roulettes arrière. Utilisez une douille de 19 mm pour régler les roulettes arrière. Les pieds avant peuvent être réglés en tournant le pied hexagonal dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour le rehausser et dans le sens contraire pour le baisser.

RÉGLAGE DU BOULON ANTIBASCULEMENT

Une fois le support bien fixé, réglez le boulon antibascu-lement de sorte que le dessus de la rondelle se trouve à 22 mm du sol, au plus. Faites glisser l'appareil dans l'ouverture, en vous assurant que le boulon antibasculement est correctement engagé. Reportez-vous aux illustrations ci-après.

Branchement électrique

Ouvrez la boîte de raccordement de façon à faire apparaître les vis avec les numéros correspondants. Insérez le cordon dans l'orifice du serre-câble puis dans la boîte de raccor-dement. Deux trous perforés concentriques sont prévus pour accommoder un câblage permanent ou amovible de l'appareil.

POUR L'INSTALLATION MONOPHASÉE (ALIMENTATION,

NEUTRE, TERRE) :

Desserrez les vis 1, 5 et les vis de borne de terre. Attachez le fil neutre à l'emplacement 5. La ligne devrait être rac-cordée à l'emplacement 1 ; branchez le fil de terre à la vis de borne de terre correspondante.

POUR L'INSTALLATION TRIPHASÉE (L1, L2, L3, NEUTRE,

TERRE) :

Desserrez les vis 1, 2, 3 et retirez les barrettes en cuivre. Desserrez les vis 5 et les vis de borne de terre. Raccordez L1 à l'emplacement 1. L2 à l'emplacement 2. L3 à l'empla-cement 3. Le fil neutre devrait être raccordé à l'emplace-ment 5 et branchez le fil de terre à la vis de borne de terre correspondante.

AVERTISSEMENT

Les barrettes en cuivre doivent être retirées des empla-cements 1, 2 et 3 lors du branchement à l'alimentation triphasée.

Branchement de l'alimentation en gaz

Tous les raccordements vers les conduites de gaz doivent être serrés avec une clé. Ne serrez pas trop et faites en sorte que les conduites ne tournent pas lorsque vous les serrez.

Si vous utilisez un raccord en métal souple, vérifiez qu'il n'est pas tordu, puis fixez la conduite d'alimentation en gaz au régulateur sur la plaque de cuisson. Ouvrez le robinet et utilisez une solution de détergent liquide pour tester tous les raccordements afin de déceler les fuites de gaz éventuelles. La formation de bulles autour des raccordements indique la présence d'une fuite de gaz. Si une fuite apparaît, fermez le robinet du gaz et ajustez les raccordements.

Dépistage des pannes

REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : Si la cuisinière ne fonctionne pas correctement, suivez les étapes de dépistage des pannes suivantes :

• Vérifiez si l'alimentation électrique arrive au four.

• Vérifiez que le robinet d'arrêt de l'alimentation en gaz est en position ouverte.

• Si la cuisinière ne fonctionne pas correctement, contactez un prestataire agréé par l'usine Wolf. N'es-sayez pas de réparer la cuisinière. Wolf ne peut être tenue responsable des dépannages requis en raison d'une mauvaise installation.

La cucina professionale è equipaggiata per l'utilizzo con gas naturale o propano liquido. La piastrina identificativa del prodotto contiene informazioni sul tipo di gas da utilizzare. Per la posizione della targhetta identificativa, fare riferimento alla figura di seguito. Se queste informazioni non sono conformi al tipo di gas disponibile, rivolgersi al fornitore di gas di zona.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: il piano cottura professionale mono-pezzo va collegato ad una fonte del gas regolata.

La piastrina identificativa che si trova all'estrema destra della parte inferiore del gruppo del pannello di controllo, sopra lo sportello del forno, contiene informazioni sul tipo di gas da usare. Se queste informazioni non sono conformi al tipo di gas disponibile, rivolgersi al fornitore di gas di zona.

Tutte le unità sono dotate di presa filettata del gas ISO 7-1 compatibile. Contattare il rivenditore locale Wolf se è necessaria una presa filettata del gas ISO 228-1 o diversa. Utilizzare solo composti per giunti adeguati all'uso con gas propano liquido. Per il gas propano liquido i tubi devono avere una dimensione minima di 13 mm. I fornitori di gas propano liquido di solito determinano le dimensioni ed i material usati per l'impianto in questione.

Se consentito dai codici locali, si consiglia di usare un con-nettore per elettrodomestici metallico flessibile per collegare questa cucina professionale alla linea di mandata del gas. Al momento di spostare la cucina professionale, non piegare o danneggiare il connettore flessibile.

Se si fa uso di un tubo rigido come linea del gas, occorre usare una combinazione di raccordi per ottenere una con-nessione in linea alla cucina professionale. Evitare di eserci-tare pressione sulle linee di mandata e del gas, di modo che la cucina professionale sia a livello.

Le cucine professionali a gas naturale Wolf funzionano a un'altitudine di 3124 m senza regolazione e le cucine professionali a propano liquido operano fino a 2621 m. Se l'installazione supera queste altitudini, rivolgersi al rivendi-tore Wolf autorizzato per il kit di trasformazione per altitudini elevate.

Requisiti di installazione

NOTA IMPORTANTE: per l'installazione contro una superficie infiammabile, è richiesta un'alzata alta minimo 254 mm per una cucina professionale Dual Fuel con griglia a carbone o piastra da 914 mm e per tutti i modelli da 1219 mm e 1524 mm.

Preparazione

Prima di spostare una cucina professionale, proteggere le pavimentazioni ultimate e fissare gli sportelli del forno per evitare eventuali danni.

Per alleggerire il carico o passare attraverso una porta, è possibile smontare lo (gli) sportello(i) del forno. Smontare solo se necessario. Non rimuovere la piastra o qualsiasi altro componente. Lo smontaggio dello sportello deve essere effettuato da installatori o tecnici di assistenza certificati.

Per la rimozione, viene inserito un perno nella rispettiva cer-niera indicata nelle illustrazioni sottostanti. I perni si trovano all'interno dello sportello del forno. Per cucine professio-nali con forno singolo, il perno deve essere inserito nella cerniera destra. Per cucine professionali con forno doppio, i perni devono essere inseriti nelle due cerniere esterne.

ATTENZIONE

Il mancato inserimento del perno nella corretta cerniera danneggia la cucina professionale.

INSTALLAZIONE

RIMOZIONE DELLO SPORTELLO DEL FORNO

1 Inserire il perno nella rispettiva cerniera.

2 Rimuovere lo zoccolo inferiore per accedere alle viti di montaggio del fermacerniera inferiore.

3 Aprire lo sportello del forno e rimuovere entrambe le viti di montaggio del fermacerniera superiore e inferiore. Per accedere alle viti inferiori potrebbe essere necessario spostare lievemente la guarnizione del forno.

4 Muovere la piastra del fermacerniera leggermente in avanti. La piastra di arresto del cardine resta applicata al cardine dello sportello dopo la rimozione delle viti di montaggio.

5 Chiudere con cautela lo sportello del forno a circa 60°, quindi alzare in su lo sportello ed estrarlo. Per la rimo-zione potrebbe essere necessario un lieve scuotimento.

Barra antiribaltamento

La barra antiribaltamento va installata per impedire che l'unità si ribalti in avanti. Per assicurarsi che il bullone antiribaltamento ingrani la staffa, fare riferimento al grafico e all'illustrazione sottostanti per determinare il corretto posizionamento.

INSTALLAZIONE DELLA STAFFA

Applicazione su muri a secco | Dopo aver posizionato adeguatamente la staffa antiribaltamento, segnare i fori, quindi con un cacciavite a stella o un trapano a bassa velocità, spingere il tassello nella superficie del pannello di rivestimento, finché non è a filo. Se necessario, forare anti-cipatamente. Per pannelli di rivestimento rigidi o strutture a doppio pannello, utilizzare una punta da 6 mm. Per intonaco pieno, utilizzare una punta da 11 mm. Fare riferimento alla figura di seguito. Utilizzare 8 viti e rondelle piatte per fissare la staffa al muro.

Applicazione su pavimento di legno | Dopo aver posizio-nato adeguatamente la staffa antiribaltamento, praticare dei fori pilota da 5 mm attraverso il pavimento. Utilizzare 12 viti e rondelle piatte per fissare la staffa al pavimento.

Applicazione su pavimento in calcestruzzo | Dopo aver posizionato adeguatamente la staffa antiribaltamento, prati-care dei fori da 10 mm nel calcestruzzo con una profondità minima di 38 mm. Utilizzare dei tasselli con ancoraggio a cuneo da 10 mm per assicurare la staffa al pavimento.

Posizionamento

Non sollevare o trasportare lo sportello del forno tenendolo dall'impugnatura. La cucina professionale è dotata di rotelle posteriori che semplificano lo spostamento alzando la parte anteriore dell'unità.

Utilizzare un carrello per elettrodomestici per spostare l'unità vicino all'apertura. Rimuovere e riciclare il materiale di imballaggio. Non buttare la staffa antiribaltamento in dota-zione alla cucina professionale.

Se viene specificata un'alzata, fare riferimento alle istruzioni di installazione in dotazione all'alzata. L'alzata deve essere installata prima della cucina professionale.

Livellamento

Sollevare l'unità all'altezza desiderata regolando i piedini anteriori e le rotelle posteriori. Usare una chiave a tubo da 19 mm per regolare le rotelle posteriori. Le gambe anteriori possono essere regolate girando la gamba esagonale in senso orario per alzare e antiorario per abbassare.


Barra antiribaltamento

REGOLAZIONE DEL BULLONE ANTIRIBALTAMENTO

Una volta fissata la staffa, regolare il bullone antiribal-tamento in modo che la sommità della rondella sia a un massimo di 22 mm dal pavimento. Far scorrere la cucina nell'apertura e verificare che la barra antiribaltamento sia agganciata. Vedere la figura che segue.

Collegamento elettrico

Aprire la scatola dei terminali per mostrare le viti con i numeri corrispondenti. Far passare in filo attraverso il foro di scarico tensione e nella muffola terminale. Due fori concen-trici in dotazione consentono il cablaggio permanente o con spine dell'unità.

INSTALLAZIONE MONOFASE (LINEA, NEUTRO, MASSA)

Allentare le viti 1, 5 e di massa. Connettere il cavo del neutro alla posizione n. 5. La fase va connessa alla posizione n. 1 e la terra all'apposita vite di terra.

INSTALLAZIONE TRIFASE (L1, L2, L3, NEUTRO, MASSA)

Allentare le viti 1, 2, 3 e rimuovere le barre in rame. Allen-tare le viti 5 e di terra. Connettere L1 alla posizione 1. L2 alla posizione 2. L3 alla posizione 3. Connettere il cavo del neutro alla posizione n. 5 e la terra all'apposita vite di terra.

AVVERTENZA

Le barre di rame devono essere rimosse dalle posizioni 1, 2 e 3 per il collegamento a un'alimentazione trifase.


Tutti i collegamenti con il tubo del gas devono essere serrati con chiave. Non stringere troppo e consentire ai tubi di ruotare durante il serraggio.

Se è stato utilizzato un connettore di metallo flessibile, verificare che non sia attorcigliato, quindi collegare la linea di mandata del gas al regolatore sulla cucina professionale. Aprire la valvola e verificare eventuali perdite mettendo un detergente liquido su tutti i collegamenti del gas. La pre-senza di bollicine intorno ai punti di collegamento indica una perdita. Gasversorgung

Die Installation muss allen örtlichen Vorschriften entsprechen.

Die Stromversorgung im schattierten Bereich unterbringen, der in der Abbildung auf Seite 5 dargestellt ist.

Der Herd ist zur Verwendung mit Erdgas oder LP-Gas aus-gerüstet. Auf dem Produkttypenschild befinden sich Infor-mationen bezüglich des Gastyps, der verwendet werden sollte. Die Position des Typenschildes entnehmen Sie der nachstehenden Abbildung. Wenn diese Informationen nicht mit dem verfügbaren Gas übereinstimmen, wenden Sie sich an Ihr örtliches Gasversorgungsunternehmen.

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Das Gas-/Elektrokombigerät muss an einer geregelten Gasversorgung angeschlossen werden.

Das Typenschild, das sich ganz rechts an der Unterseite der Schaltblendenbaugruppe direkt über der Backofentür befindet, hat Informationen bezüglich des zu verwendenden Gastyps. Wenn diese Informationen nicht mit dem verfüg-baren Gas übereinstimmen, wenden Sie sich an Ihr örtliches Gasversorgungsunternehmen.

Alle Geräte sind mit einem kompatiblen Gaseinlassgewin-deanschluss nach ISO 7-1 ausgestattet. Wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren örtlichen Wolf-Händler, wenn ein ISO 228-1- oder sonstiger Gaseinlassgewindeanschluss erforderlich ist. Es sollten Dichtungsmassen für Rohrverschraubungen verwendet werden, die zur Verwendung mit Flüssiggas kompatibel sind. Für Flüssiggas muss das Rohr mindestens 13 mm Durchmesser aufweisen. In der Regel legen Liefe-ranten von Flüssiggas die im System verwendeten Größen und Materialien fest.

Wenn es die örtlichen Vorschriften gestatten, wird ein Flexmetallanschluss empfohlen, um diesen Herd an die Gaszufuhrleitung anzuschließen. Dieser Flexanschluss darf beim Bewegen des Herdes nicht geknickt oder beschädigt werden.

Wenn als Gaszufuhrleitung ein starres Rohr verwendet wird, muss eine Kombination aus Rohrarmaturen benutzt werden, um die Verbindung zum Herd herzustellen. Auf die Zufuhr- und Versorgungsleitungen darf keine Zugspannung ausgeübt werden, damit der Herd gerade und genau ausge-richtet ist.

Erdgasherde von Wolf funktionieren bis zu einer Höhenlage von 3124 m ohne jegliche Justierung. LP-Gasherde funktio-nieren bis zu einer Höhenlage von 2621 m. Wenn die In- stallation diese Höhenlage überschreitet, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Wolf-Vertragshändler und fordern Sie einen Umbauset für große Höhen an.

Installationsvoraussetzungen

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Bei der Installation an einer brennbaren Oberfläche ist für ein 914-mm-Gas-/Elektro-kombigerät mit Steakgrill oder Griddlefläche und alle 1219-mm- und 1524-mm-Modelle ein Sockel von mindestens 254 mm erforderlich.

Vorbereitung

Bevor Sie den Herd verschieben, müssen die Backofentüren in geschlossener Stellung gesichert und der Fußboden geschützt werden, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.

Die Backofentür kann ausgebaut werden, damit der Backofen besser durch einen Türrahmen passt bzw. damit der Backofen leichter ist. Nur nach Bedarf ausbauen. Griddlefläche bzw. andere Komponenten nicht entfernen. Die Backofentür sollte nur von einem zertifizierten Installierer oder Servicetechniker ausgebaut werden.

Zum Ausbau wird ein Scharnierstift in das entsprechende Scharnier eingeführt (siehe Abbildungen weiter unten). Die Stifte befinden sich in der Backofentür. Bei Herden mit Ein-zelbackofen muss der Scharnierstift in das rechte Scharnier eingeführt werden. Bei Doppelbacköfen müssen die Stifte in die beiden äußeren Scharniere gesteckt werden.

VORSICHT

Wenn der Scharnierstift nicht in den entsprechenden Scharnierarm eingeführt wird, führt dies zu einer Beschädigung des Herdes.

INSTALLATION

AUSBAUEN DER BACKOFENTÜR

1 Den Scharnierstift in das entsprechende Scharnier einführen.

2 Die untere Sockelleistenbaugruppe ausbauen, um auf die unteren Montageschrauben der Scharnierhalterung zugreifen zu können.

3 Die Backofentür öffnen und die oberen und unteren Montageschrauben der Scharnierhalterung entfernen. Die Backofendichtung muss eventuell etwas zur Seite gedrückt werden, um Zugriff auf die unteren Schrauben zu erhalten.

4 Die Scharnierhalteplatte etwas nach vorne verschieben. Die Scharnierhalteplatte bleibt auf dem Türscharnier, nachdem die Montageschrauben entfernt wurden.

5 Die Backofentür vorsichtig bis auf einen Winkel von ungefähr 60° schließen und nach oben und heraus-heben. Eventuell muss zum Ausbauen eine leicht schau-kelnde Bewegung ausgeübt werden.

Um ein Abkippen des Geräts nach vorne zu verhindern, muss die Kippschutzhalterung installiert werden. Um ein Eingreifen des Kippschutzbolzens in der Halterung sicherzu-stellen, beziehen Sie sich zwecks korrekter Platzierung auf das nachstehende Diagramm und die Abbildung.

HALTERUNG EINBAUEN

Trockenbauwand-Anwendung | Nach korrekter Positi-onierung der Kippschutzhalterung die Löcher markieren, dann mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher oder einer Bohrmaschine mit niedriger Drehzahl den Wanddübel in die Oberfläche der Wandplatte eindrehen, bis er bündig abschließt. Nach Bedarf die Löcher vorbohren. Für harte Wandbauplatten oder eine Doppelplattenkonstruktion 6-mm-Bohrkrone verwenden. Für Vollgipswände eine 11-mm-Bohrkrone verwenden. Siehe die Abbildung unten. Schrauben Nr. 8 und Unterlegscheiben verwenden, um die Halterung an der Wand zu befestigen.

Holzbodenausführung | Nach ordnungsgemäßer Positi-onierung der Kippschutzhalterung 5-mm-Pilotlöcher durch den Boden bohren. Schrauben Nr. 12 und Unterlegscheiben verwenden, um die Halterung am Boden zu befestigen.

Betonbodenausführung | Nach der ordnungsgemäßen Positionierung der Kippschutzhalterung 10-mm-Löcher in den Beton bohren, die mindestens 38 mm tief sind. Anker-keile (10 mm) verwenden, um die Halterung am Boden zu befestigen.

Aufstellen

Die Backofentür nicht am Türgriff hochheben oder tragen. Der Herd ist mit hinteren Gleitrollen ausgestattet, so dass er leicht verschoben werden kann, indem die Vorderseite des Geräts angehoben wird.

Zum Transportieren des Geräts zur Öffnung einen Transport-wagen benutzen. Die Verpackungsmaterialien entfernen und dem Recycling zuführen. Die im Lieferumfang des Herdes enthaltene Kippschutzhalterung nicht entsorgen.

Wenn ein Sockel vorgeschrieben ist, siehe die dem Sockel beigepackten Installationsanweisungen. Der Sockel muss eingebaut werden, bevor der Herd installiert werden kann.

Nivellieren

Das Gerät mithilfe der vorderen Beine und hinteren Gleit-rollen auf die gewünschte Höhe anheben. Zum Einstellen der hinteren Gleitrollen einen 19-mm-Steckschlüssel verwenden. Die vorderen Beine können durch Drehen des Sechskantteils nach oben und unten höhenverstellt werden.

Nachdem die Halterung befestigt wurde, den Kippschutz-bolzen so einstellen, dass die Oberseite der Unterlegscheibe maximal 22 mm vom Boden entfernt ist. Den Herd in die Öffnung schieben und überprüfen, ob der Kippschutzbolzen einrastet. Siehe die Abbildungen weiter unten.

Elektrische Anschlüsse

Den Klemmenkasten öffnen, um die Schrauben mit den entsprechenden Nummern freizulegen. Das Kabel durch die Zugentlastungsbohrung in den Klemmenkasten führen. Es stehen zwei konzentrische Ausstoßöffnungen zur Verfügung, um das Gerät permanent oder per Netzkabel zu verdrahten.

EINPHASEN-INSTALLATION (LEITER, NEUTRAL, ERDE)

Die Schrauben 1, 5 und die Erdungsschraube lockern. Den Neutralleiter an der Position Nummer 5 befestigen. Die stromführende Leitung sollte an der Position 1 und die Erde an der entsprechenden Erdungsschraube angeschlossen werden.

3-PHASIGE INSTALLATION (L1, L2, L3, NEUTRAL, ERDE)

1, 2 und 3 lösen und die Kupferstangen entfernen. 5 und die Erdungsschraube lockern. L1 in Position 1 befestigen. L2 in Position 2. L2 in Position 3. Der Neutralleiter sollte an der Position 5 und die Erde an der entsprechenden Erdungs-schraube angeschlossen werden.

ACHTUNG

Kupferstangen müssen von Position 1, 2 und 3 entfernt werden, wenn der Anschluss an einer 3-phasigen Ver-sorgung hergestellt wird.

Anschlüsse für die Gasversorgung

Alle Anschlüsse an den Gasrohren müssen mit einem Schraubschlüssel festgezogen werden. Nicht zu fest anziehen. Außerdem dürfen sich die Rohre beim Anziehen nicht drehen.

Wenn ein Flexmetallanschluss verwendet wird, muss sichergestellt werden, dass der Schlauch nicht geknickt ist. Dann die Gasversorgungsleitung am Regler des Herdes anschließen. Das Ventil öffnen und auf Lecks prüfen, indem ein flüssiges Spülmittel auf alle Gasanschlüsse aufgebracht wird. Blasen um die Anschlüsse herum zeigen an, dass ein Gasleck vorhanden ist. Wenn sich ein Leck bemerkbar macht, das Gasventil schließen und die Anschlüsse korrigieren.

Fehlersuche

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Wenn der Herd nicht richtig funktio-niert, führen Sie zur Fehlersuche folgende Schritte aus:

• Sicherstellen, dass der Herd mit Strom versorgt wird.

• Prüfen, ob sich das Absperrventil in der offenen Position befindet.

• Wenn der Herd nicht richtig funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an ein zugelassenes Wolf-Kundendienstzentrum. Versu-chen Sie auf keinen Fall, die Reparatur am Herd selbst durchzuführen. Wolf ist nicht für Servicearbeiten verant-wortlich, die zur Korrektur einer fehlerhaften Installation erforderlich sind.

Gasvoorziening

Installatie moet voldoen aan plaatselijke richtlijnen.

Zoek de gasvoorziening binnen het gearceerde gebied in de afbeelding op pagina 5.

Het fornuis is geschikt voor gebruik met natuurlijk of vloeibaar propaangas (LP). Op het typeplaatje van het product staat informatie over het soort gas dat moet worden gebruikt. Zie onderstaande afbeelding voor de locatie van het typeplaatje. Als deze informatie niet overeenstemt met het type beschikbare gas, neem dan contact op met uw gasleverancier.

BELANGRIJK: Het dual-fuelfornuis moet op een gereglementeerde gasvoorziening worden aangesloten.

Op het typeplaatje, dat zich rechtsonder het bedieningspaneel vlak boven de ovendeur bevindt, staat informatie over het soort gas dat moet worden gebruikt. Als deze informatie niet overeenstemt met het type beschikbare gas, neem dan contact op met uw gasleverancier.

Een compatibel ISO 7-1 gasinlaatdraad is op alle eenheden voorzien. Neem contact op met de Wolf-dealer als een ISO 228-1 of andere gasinlaatdraad benodigd is. Gebruik pijpverbindingsstukken die geschikt zijn voor gebruik met LPG. Voor LPG kan de grootte van leidingen of buizen 13 mm minimaal zijn. LPG-leveranciers bepalen meestal de grootte en de materialen die op het systeem worden gebruikt.

Als het niet in strijd is met plaatselijke regelgeving wordt aanbevolen om het fornuis met een flexibele metalen connector aan te sluiten op de gastoevoerleiding. Zorg dat de flexibele connector geen kink of beschadiging oploopt bij het verplaatsen van het fornuis.

Als er een stijve pijp wordt gebruikt als gastoevoerleiding, moet een combinatie van schroefdraadpijpverbindingen worden gebruikt voor een in-line verbinding met het fornuis. Alle verdraaiingen moeten uit de toevoer- en gasleidingen worden gehaald zodat het fornuis waterpas staat en in lijn.

Wolf-fornuizen op aardgas functioneren zonder aanpassing tot op 3124 meter hoogte; LPG-fornuizen functioneren tot op 2621 meter. Als de installatie deze hoogten overschrijdt, neem dan contact op met uw Wolf-dealer voor een conversiekit voor grote hoogten.

Installatie-eisen

BELANGRIJK: Als de eenheid tegen een brandbaar oppervlak wordt geïnstalleerd, is een stootbord van minimaal 254 mm nodig voor een dual-fuelfornuis van 914 mm met charbroiler of grillplaat en voor alle modellen van 1219 mm en 1524 mm.

Voorbereiding

Voordat u het fornuis verplaatst, moet u afgewerkte vloeren beschermen en ervoor zorgen dat de ovendeur(en) gesloten is om schade te voorkomen.

Om het gewicht te verlagen of om het fornuis langs een deur te kunnen verplaatsen, kunnen de ovendeur(en) worden verwijderd. Verwijder deze alleen indien nodig. Verwijder geen bakplaat of een ander onderdeel. Het verwijderen van deuren mag alleen worden gedaan door een erkende installateur of technicien.

Voor het verwijderen wordt een scharnierpin in het betreffende scharnier gestoken zoals in de illustraties hieronder wordt weergegeven. De pinnen bevinden zich in de ovendeur. Bij fornuizen met één oven, moet de scharnierpin in het rechterscharnier worden gestoken. Voor fornuizen met dubbele ovens, moeten de pinnen in de buitenste twee scharnieren worden gestoken.

VOORZICHTIG

Als de scharnierpin in de verkeerde scharnierarm wordt gestoken brengt dit schade toe aan het fornuis.

INSTALLATIE

VERWIJDEREN OVENDEUR

1 Steek de scharnierpin in het juiste scharnier.

2 Verwijder de onderste stootplaat om bij de montageschroeven van de onderste scharnierborg te komen.

3 Open de ovendeur en verwijder de montageschroeven van de bovenste en onderste scharnierborg. De ovenpakking moet wellicht iets worden verschoven om bij de onderste schroeven te komen.

4 Duw de scharnierborgplaat iets naar voren. De scharnierborgplaat blijft op de deurscharnier nadat de schroeven zijn verwijderd.

5 Sluit de ovendeur voorzichtig tot ongeveer 60° en til dan de deur omhoog en eruit. De deur moet misschien enigszins heen en weer worden bewogen om verwijderd te kunnen worden.

Om te voorkomen dat het apparaat naar voren kantelt, moet de anti-kantelbeugel worden geplaatst. Om te zorgen dat de anti-kantelbout de beugel vasthoudt, zie de tabel en afbeelding hieronder om de juiste plaatsing te bepalen.

BEUGEL INSTALLEREN

Toepassing op gipsplaat | Als de anti-kantelbeugel naar behoren is geplaatst: markeer gaten en bevestig het muuranker dan met een kruiskopschroevendraaier of een boormachine op laag toerental in het oppervlak van de bouwplaat tot op gelijke hoogte. Boor eventueel vooraf boorgaten. Gebruik een 6 mm boor voor harde bouwplaat of dubbele-plankbouw. Voor vast gips gebruikt u een 11 mm boor. Zie de afbeelding hieronder. Gebruik nr 8 schroeven en ringen om de beugel aan de muur te bevestigen.

Toepassing op houten vloer | Als de anti-kantelbeugel naar behoren is geplaatst: boor gaten van 5 mm in de vloer. Gebruik nr 12 schroeven en ringen om de beugel aan de muur te bevestigen.

Toepassing op betonnen vloer | Als de anti-kantelbeugel naar behoren is geplaatst: boor gaten van 10 mm minimaal 38 mm diep in het beton. Gebruik wigankers van 10 mm om de beugel aan de muur te bevestigen.

Plaatsing

Til en verplaats de oven niet aan het deurhandvat. Het fornuis heeft wieltjes aan de achterkant waardoor het gemakkelijk verplaatst kan worden door de voorkant van het apparaat op te tillen.

Gebruik een rijdend plateau om het apparaat naar de opening te verplaatsen. Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal. Gooi de anti-kantelbeugel die met het fornuis is meegeleverd niet weg.

Als een stootbord is opgegeven, raadpleeg dan de installatie-instructies in de verpakking van het stootbord. Het stootbord moet worden geïnstalleerd voordat het fornuis wordt geïnstalleerd.

Waterpas zetten

Stel de eenheid in op gewenste hoogte door de voorste poten en achterste wielen aan te passen. Gebruik een voetstuk van 19 mm om de achterste wielen aan te passen. Draai de zeshoekige poot rechtsom om de poten te verhogen of linksom om te verlagen.


Anti-kantelbeugel

Als de beugel stevig vast zit, pas de anti-kantelbout zo aan dat de bovenkant van de ring maximaal 22 mm van de vloer verwijderd is. Schuif het fornuis in de opening en controleer dat de anti-kantelbout functioneert. Zie de afbeeldingen hieronder.

Elektrische aansluiting

Open de klemmenkast om de schroeven met bijbehorende nummers bloot te leggen. Leid het snoer door het gat van de trekontlasting naar de klemmenkast. Twee concentrische uitsparingen zijn voorzien voor een permanente of snoersetbedrading van de eenheid.

VOOR ÉÉNFASIGE INSTALLATIE (LIJN, NEUTRAAL, AARDE):

Draai de schroeven 1, 5, en aarding los. Sluit de neutrale draad aan op de nummer 5 positie. Lijn moet op de 1-positie worden aangesloten en sluit de aarding aan op de bijbehorende aardingsschroef.

DRIEFASIGE INSTALLATIE (L1, L2, L3, NEUTRAAL,

AARDING):

Draai de 1, 2, 3 los en verwijder de koperen staven. Draai de schroeven 5 en aarding los. Sluit L1 aan op positie 1. L1 op positie 2. L3 op positie 3. Neutrale draad op positie 5 en sluit de aarding aan op de bijbehorende aardingsschroef.

WAARSCHUWING

Koperen staven moeten worden verwijderd uit posities 1, 2 en 3 bij aansluiting op 3fasige stroom.

Aansluiting gasvoorziening

Alle aansluitingen op de gasleiding moeten met een moersleutel worden aangedraaid. Niet te vast draaien of leidingen laten meedraaien bij het aandraaien.

Controleer bij gebruik van een flexibele metalen aansluiting of deze niet is geknikt en sluit de gasleiding dan aan op de regelaar op het fornuis. Open de afsluiter en controleer op lekkage door een vloeibaar reinigingsmiddel door alle gasaansluitingen te laten lopen. Bubbels rond aansluitingen wijzen op een gaslek. Als er een lek is, sluit de afsluiter dan en pas de aansluitingen aan.

Probleemoplossing

BELANGRIJK: Als het fornuis niet goed werkt, volg dan deze stappen:

• Controleer of het fornuis van elektrische voeding wordt voorzien.

• Controleer of de afsluiter van de gasleiding open staat.

• Als het fornuis niet goed werkt, kunt u contact opnemen met de erkende onderhoudsdienst van de Wolf-fabriek. Probeer niet om zelf het fornuis te repareren. Wolf is niet verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud na een ondeskundige installatie.

准备工作

移动炉灶前，请保护好所有完工的地板，并确保关闭烤箱门以防

损坏。

为了减轻负载或便于通过门道，可拆下烤箱门。仅在必要时拆

除。请勿拆下烤盘或任何其他组件。仅可由通过认证的安装人员

或维修技术人员拆卸烤箱门。

如需拆卸，请将铰链销插入下图所示的相应铰链中。销钉位于烤

箱门内。对于单烤箱炉灶，必须将铰链销插入右铰链中。对于双

烤箱炉灶，必须将销钉插入外部两个铰链中。

注意

未将铰链销插入相应的铰链臂会导致炉灶损坏。

安装

烤箱门拆卸

1 将铰链销插入相应的铰链中。

2 卸下下部挡板组件，以便接触下部铰链保持架安装螺钉。

3 打开烤箱门，同时卸下上下部铰链保持架安装螺钉。为顺利接触底部螺钉，可能需要稍微移动烤箱垫圈。

4 稍微向前移动铰链固定板。卸下安装螺钉后，铰链固定板将保留在门铰链上。

5 小心将烤箱门关闭至大约60°位置，然后将其提起并卸下。拆卸时，可能需要轻微摇动。

防倾支架

为防止该单元向前倾斜，必须安装防倾支架。为确保防倾螺栓与

支架接合，请参见以下图示和图表以确定适当的放置位置。

安装支架

干墙应用 | 正确定位防倾斜支架后，标记孔，然后使用十字螺丝刀或低转速动力钻将壁锚钉入墙板，直至齐平。如果需要，请

预钻孔。对于硬墙板或双板结构，请使用6 mm钻头。对于实心石膏，请使用11 mm钻头。请参见下图。使用＃8螺钉和平垫圈将支架固定到墙上。

木地板应用 | 正确定位防倾斜支架后，在地板上钻5 mm的导孔。使用＃12螺钉和平垫圈将支架固定到地板上。

混凝土地板应用 | 正确定位防倾斜支架后，在混凝土地板上钻10 mm的孔，最小深度为38 mm。使用10 mm楔形锚固件将支架固定到地板上。

放置

不得通过门把手提起或搬运烤箱门。该炉灶带有后脚轮，允许通

过提起装置前部而方便移动。

使用设备台车将产品移动到开口附近。拆除并回收包装材料。

请勿丢弃炉灶随附的防倾支架。

如果已指定立管，请参阅与立管一并提供的安装说明。必须在安

装炉灶前安装立管。

调平

调整前脚和后脚轮，将装置提升到所需高度。使用19 mm套筒调节后脚轮。顺时针旋转六边形脚可升高前腿，逆时针旋转可降

低前腿。


防倾支架

防倾螺栓调整

牢固固定支架后，调整防倾螺栓，以使垫圈顶部与地板距离最大

为22 mm。将炉灶滑入开口，并确认防倾螺栓已接合。请参见下图。

电气连接

打开接线盒，露出带有相应编号的螺钉。将导线穿过应变消除孔

并插入接线盒。提供两个同心基座，以允许装置的永久性或电源

线组接线。

单相安装（相线、中性线、地线）

松开1、5和接地螺钉。将中性线连接到5号位置。线路应连接到位置1，并将地线连接到相应的接地螺钉。

三相安装（L1、L2、L3、中性线、地线）

松开1、2、3并取下铜排。松开5和接地螺钉。将L1连接到位置1。将L2连接到位置2。将L3连接到位置3。将中性线连接到位置5，并将地线连接到相应的接地螺钉。

警告

连接到3相电源时，必须从位置1、2和3处移除铜排。

燃气供应连接

必须用扳手拧紧所有与燃气管道的连接。紧固时，切勿拧得过紧

或让管道转动。

如果使用柔性金属连接器，请确认其中不存在扭结，然后将燃气

供应管线连接到炉灶调节器上。打开阀门，并将液体洗涤剂溶液

涂在所有燃气连接处以检查有无泄漏。连接处有气泡表示存在

燃气泄漏。如果出现泄漏，请关闭切断阀并调整连接。

故障排除

重要提示：如果炉灶未正常工作，请按照以下故障排除步骤进行

操作：

• 确认炉灶已通电。

• 确认燃气供应切断阀处于开启位置。

• 如果炉灶未正常工作，请联系Wolf工厂认证的服务部门。切勿尝试自行修理炉灶。Wolf对纠正不当安装所需的服务概不负责。
